Thought the actual testing was good, a little slow on the process, but was easy enough with the help of their live call person. Sent in my samples and waited, 8 days later I have results! But not all of them. So I emailed to ask about the other markers. Was told that something was wrong with how I collected, and to have a good day. I followed all directions to a T, while on a live call with their people. And was told, too bad you will have to pay again to get another test to get all the results you are needing. Customer service is not a strong point of this company. 0/10 would not recommend and will tell anyone that asks to run far away.

It was seamless experience

Everything is amazing, however you really need to connect to HUME. There are so many daily biomarkers that it captures that i would love to get into this tool to give me a more complete picture. And not just the Hume Band, but also the Hume Pod (scale)
