Initial experience was not great. I have just signed up and was leery the whole time. The signup experience was very much a marketing nightmare, bombarded with add-ons and requests for 3rd party tests and wearable health data. This reeks of manipulation and does not give me comfort in this "New Tech" version of blood lab tests. I would have expected this well after the results of the first test were reviewed. I think this marketing bullyism at its worst. I will not be recommending until I see changes in this sign up process.

Thanks for the feedback. We ask about add-ons, 3rd-party tests, and wearable data to personalize your results: it's entirely optional, but users love it since it helps the analysis we run be in context with the rest of your health data.

It was very frustrating trying to do…
It was very frustrating trying to do all the registration and questionnaires.… this is partially true because I am over 70 and I am always frustrated with Internet connections so it would've been helpful for me to have done all your questioning prior to doing the actual Collection Of the blood test.
The technician that walked me through the process of collecting the blood was very pleasant and patient with me I would definitely Encourage others To have a virtual walk-through with a living person!

We appreciate you sticking with it through the sign-up process, KD, and we're taking your note about streamlining the questions seriously. Glad the collection call made up for it - we'll share your kind words with them.

I really like the concept
I really like the concept of the at home testing. The report leaves a lot to be desired though. This really doesn’t give you the clear recommendations I was hoping for. There are some in each category but when I paid for the additional assessment I was expecting a summary report of some sort with recommendations as a whole based on all the categories (like diet, supplements, etc). Instead I found myself picking through a report and doing a lot of notes and googling.

Lindsey, thank you for taking the time to share this. Our health experts will review your report and be in touch directly.

I liked Barbara's courteous manner
I liked Barbara's courteous manner. What I didn't like was the wait time, 15 minutes, on my call before Barbara answered. I have a doctors Apt so I've got to do this and get on the road. So I proceeded to to apply the blood draw aparatus on my are and fill the tube. By the time Barbara came on the Zoom camera, I was putting the cap on the tube. Barbara was very helpful instructing me how to package up my blood vile for Fed Ex. Thank You Barb! Somewhere you should advise us the phone call is not instantaneous!!! There's a wait!!!

Barbara will love this — passing it on. And you're right, we should have warned you about the wait. Thank you for being patient with us, and for taking the time to share this.

Kind of disappointed
Kind of disappointed, I though my estrogen and RBC would be measured and one of 3 primary reasons I wanted this service.

Interesting data but analysis takes way too long.
I really value the insights Siphox Health provides, but the current processing times are a significant hurdle. I recently waited over a month for results from a January blood draw. In an era of instant data, this delay makes it difficult to rely on the service for timely health tracking. I'd love to stay a loyal customer, but faster turnaround times are essential for this to remain a viable tool for me.
Response from SiPhox HealthMar 9, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us.
Our standard turnaround time for results is 7–10 business days from the moment the sample is delivered to the lab. The delay you experienced is not representative of our typical service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
We understand how important timely results are for effective health tracking, and we are actively working to improve our processes to help prevent situations like this in the future.
Our team will also follow up with you directly to ensure we address your experience and assist further. We truly value your support and hope to continue providing insights that help you stay on top of your health.

Operational Issues
Conceptually I really like the SiPhox service. Its the execution that is lacking. I received a test kit, did everything correct (took sample, sent back), and got notification that UPS lost my kit or something like that. SiPhox sent me a new kit. It happened all over again. Then I tell SiPhox that I have a US address, please send it there. They don't do that.. Nothing happens for months.. Then I email my concerns as they charged me another $600 or so for another year of service although 2 test kits have gone missing and I did not get service for 6 months.. Finally I get 2 kits delivered to my US address. I use one of them and send in the sample. Next SiPhox sends me a note asking for a review of their recent service.. and yet, I am still waiting for my results from the lab. Net, net... SiPhox has operational issues (also, they once accidentally included other customer names on an email to me... taboo in sharing customers names and email addresses).. So, here i wait for my results, ~$600 CDN charged for next year ... They are messed up unfortunately. (FYI - Whoop and others are coming out with their own services along these lines)
Update: The other problem they have is delivering on their target time frame for results of 7 - 10 days. Almost every result I have received have been delayed with the same message.. "due to the high demand..." So, It is now Feb 15 and my sample was received on Jan 28th at the lab. Late again.

Hello Gerry! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for the experience you’ve had, as this isn’t the level of service we aim to deliver.
We recognize the shipping and processing issues you encountered, including lost samples and delays caused by UPS customs issues between the U.S. and Canada, which, in some cases, affected sample stability. For any kits that were rejected or didn’t reach the lab, free replacement kits were provided so testing could still be completed.
We also regret the delivery issues within the U.S. and the extended turnaround time. Your most recent sample has reached the lab and is currently being processed, and its progress is being closely monitored.
The billing occurred because the subscription was still active at the time of renewal. Data privacy is taken very seriously, and we appreciate you raising this concern. Given the circumstances, we’ll reach out directly to review options and help resolve this.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re committed to improving the experience moving forward.

Long delays, lost kits
Long delays, lost kits, no company followups on these mistakes. I get that it's hard, especially now, serving Canadian customers as a US-based firm, but I'd have thought that these regulatory and logistical hurdles would have been sorted out well *before* you took customers' money!? The online and app-based tools are good, and the testing results I did manage to get do seem to compare favourably with traditional lab tests here in Canada. The trouble is with the basics of actually getting tests to customers, and then getting them back to the lab. This has been a frustrating experience, from a plucky startup company that I was really rooting for. I wish I could offer a more positive review, I really do.
Update: after the response below, I really do want to emphasize that the app and web-based platforms are great products and suggest a solid development team, and that I want this company to succeed. Perhaps if North American trade and regulatory cooperation ever return to something friendlier to both customers and creative and innovative start-ups, Canadians can once again work with our friends south of the border.

Hi Loren,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the delays you've been experiencing. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide.
We value the trust our Canadian customers place in us for a smooth and dependable experience. The constantly changing border and logistics environment has created challenges that impacted our service, and we’re actively working to address them.
We appreciate you noting the quality of the platform and results, and we regret that operational challenges overshadowed your experience. Our team has reached out directly and would welcome the opportunity to address this appropriately.
