SiPhox has really impressed me. I needed regular blood testing, and I live in rural Maine. The closest Labcorp or Quest location is a 90 minute drive away. At first I was skeptical, but after taking a few of their tests, I am really impressed. The results seem very accurate, the turn around time is quick, the tests are painless and easy, the whole process is very efficient, costs less than going to a lab in person, and their portal/AI is nothing short of spectacular. Siphox changed the way I view my health. The AI gives great recomendations. Siphox is a proactive company that solves any minor issues quickly. Overall, I am very impressed.

The first woman I spoke with got cut off but i called back and finished the collection and instructions to mail. The previous test were not accepted because the written instructions were not complete. Thank you for getting this test done correctly

So much easier to do this with someone because I am single older person and so yes, I’m very thankful that Billy was able to help me considerably and be a support, a wonderful person. Very patient, she had me get up and walk around a little bit to take the pressure off the thought of poking my finger. Very well done God bless.

I really wanted to see this service work. I received a ‘guy’ test and blood test. I followed the instructions on the gut test and sent it in, in 4 weeks no lab results or communications on what is the status. The blood test has been a debacle. No customer service available…ever. I’ve emailed and called multiple times and get the run around. I wish I’d seen the negative reviews earlier as every one of them are the exact same bad experience I’m experiencing. I can NOT recommend this company as it’s expensive and isn’t a legitimate service. Btw I’ve owned a lab for ESRD and know how labs are supposed to work

I had a great experience! I normally am anxious about getting my blood drawn but I didn't with SiPhox. I loved being able to draw from home. The process was easy and pain-free. It felt like being picked with a sewing needle. The instructions walk you through every step. I highly recommend! I never want my blood drawn the old-fashioned way again!

If I could give them 0 starts, I would. Horrible experience. Paid nearly $500 dollars to have high end labs done, after I sent it in, I heard nothing. 2 weeks later, I had to call them, then they only ran 4 tests and said it was my fault the other 65 were not completed because I never joined a live call to do the labs at home. This is a company I was hoping to use with my telehealth but I definitely will not. They do not communicate well, they blamed me and then a system outage but again, never contacted me about it until I did 2 weeks later. I am a health care professional and this company is not worth the money and horrible customer service.
