Eni was lovely to talk with and she made it very easy to understand the steps, demonstrated part of the process as an added help, was encouraging, and provided additional information about the sample card- that after an hour from providing the sample even if it’s not completely dry, I can place it in the specimen bag ( I hadn’t heard that before). It was a very good experience.

Outstanding the person that helped me out was patient guided me step-by-step and was very informative great personality and very nice to talk to. I wish all tests were this simple this easy with the help of the representative. My experience was outstanding. I would recommend this to anybody who would take it I did not have to wait in line or wait hours before I could take my blood test at the doctors office from start to finish. It took about maybe 15 minutes at the most it was quick painless and easy I hope I will be doing this in the future with the help of the same person. My experience was awesome.
