First I want to say that the idea of this multi test kit is great. I think twice a year or maybe every 4 months would be a good option to take. For me the biggest problem was the lancets. I’m very familiar using lancets and I test my glucose often with an adjustable one that you can alter the spring pressure and have it penetrate the skin deeper. My problem being I have thicker then most skin as I have worked with machines all my life. I found the mini lancets in the kit completely useless for me. I also found I needed multiple stickings in order to get enough blood required for the tests. So if I hadn’t had my own adjustable lancet this test would have not worked for me so I would say work is needed on that issue. I found getting my results quickly was great. Within a few days of me mailing in my sample. I also think so far the 17 tests are good ones. Their may be some other tests that they can also get from from this blood sample and I’d look forward to those. Currently I use Sonora labs to get my own tests from and this would be a nice option because of the costs and convenience. I think they need to focus on the blood drawing system and they will have a great product.

I used it as preventive diagnostics to check that my body is doing well. The package is easy to use. At a result you will get the rates of 15-20 useful biomarkers, including cholesterol, hormones (for male testosterones), cortisol, etc. The results are in agreement with the blood tests I took at the hospital. The price of the package is also very good. I really liked that SiPhox combined in the report both blood test readings and my wearable devices data, i.e. physical activity, sleep, etc.

Everything with my blood test was easy - clear instructions and ample resources if needed. Highly recommend using SiPhox!

The test kit was delivered quickly and had easy to follow instructions. It’s so nice doing this at home with just a few drops of blood. The results also came back quickly and I’m looking forward to comparing my results after the next test!

Very easy to use at home collection kit! Two size lancets with the kit for us with a bit thinner skin. Very clear instructions for collection. And turnaround time on my results was just days! The report was very clear with links to articles, YouTube videos and studies to explain how to improve your scores or why a healthy level is important. Highly recommend!

1st the positive (Pros) then the suggestions (Cons) 1. Pro:Online Video Demo of how to take the sample test. YouTube interview with Ivor Cummings of your COE was helpful. 2. Pro:Zoom meeting Q and A was positive (thanks Pavel) 3. Pro:Concept of the product 4. "Learn More" links to reference papers were very helpful. Dr. Huberman videos and info was very good. 5. Test package is very well done including extra lances which I needed. 6. Email response was quick to answer questions. Suggestions: Con: Eight drops is too many blood drops especially then test taken in dry climate. (25% humidity). Need 1 drop solution. (like product projected in 2023 sound much better) Con:Online Report format is to focused on trend plots. Need an option to have a simple tabulation or cvs spreadsheet with 1 line per test would be more helpful and include the min, optiman range and max values on each line. Option to export to cvs file and email. Having to poke a line to Expand All to see underlying markers could have been the main report display and the Biomarker data and option link. Con: would like to be able to enter old blood test lab values from the past (e.g from LabCorp) Con: The INSIGEST or FIND OUT MORE text ranges shown sometimes does not exactly match the report plot ranges. e.g Find Out for Ferritin Females: 11.0-306.8 ng/mL but plot show 20 - 150. Also the Referece link paper test ranges did not always match. e.g Reference shows Ferritin Females:14.7-205.1 Another example:Folate text shows 2.7 to 17.0 ng/mL but plot shows green range 4-17, ? blue 2 to 4. Another example: Insulin Plot shows 1.9-15 but "find out more" text shows 2-25 given age >20 Con: UPSP 2-3 day shipping failed. Took 14 days. Might be related to using a PO Box and city only instead of a full address for the location of the PO Box. Con: SiPhox web linke to Track Kit did not show Kit at your lab on Dec 18 but USPS finally shows Kit in PO box (Dec 13) Con: Optimal range not always show but in Insight text. Like Vit D Deficient: <20 ng/mL suboptimal: 20-30 ng/mL optimal: 30-50 ng/mL upper normal: 50-70 ng/mL but plot only shows blue 25-100. Con: Sometimes not clear that plot good range is for women or men and if it's adjusted for age. Example TG range is differnet for women (lower risk at same mg/dL) and for both optimal < 100 as shown in your plot Con: PDF of expanded report did not show the 17 these but only shows experimental biomarkers after I had selected it. I did logoff and logon to remove experimental biomarkers but then PDF Preview of Quntify Test still does not show any test plots or even a subset. ?? Bug. Con: The whole cholesterol issue is modified by diet type which you dont include as a user input. Keto, Carnvore (raise cholesterol) but the only important measurements a TG and HDL. Con: missing some tests I would have like to have: T3, reverse T3, eGFR, sdLDL-P, Ketones (I use KetoMojo) Histamine Plasma but will have to get at LabCorp using medicare. Review based on my wife's test and helping her read the results. Waiting for my test results.
