Disappointing. I was really hoping this would work and be something I could depend on. I think the idea is great, but the technology isn't quite there yet. I had some extremely concerning results from my SiPhox test results (I did the 360 test + CBC) so I went to the doctor and got the same labs drawn. The ones from SiPhox were wildly inaccurate. So all is actually okay, besides a few days of major anxiety and losing some sleep, and money spent. It was cheaper to go to the doctor and get real labs drawn then the cost of these home tests. So lesson learned.

Hi Caroline, getting concerning results is stressful, and we’re sorry this left you anxious and losing sleep. We’re glad you followed up with your doctor and that everything turned out okay. When results don’t line up, we want to understand why, and there are several possible reasons that we can only sort out by looking at your specific case. If you’re willing, please reach out to our support team and share both sets of results so we can review them together and get you a real answer.

Results took too long
Results took too long, and the sample collection process was frustrating. I filled all the tubes all the way up, but the lab still told me there wasn’t enough blood to complete the testing. After taking the time to collect and send everything in, that was disappointing. SiPhox needs to improve turnaround times and explain why fully filled tubes can still be considered insufficient.

Terrible experience, Horrible customer service
Terrible experience so far-it’s been nearly a month since the lab received my sample and I have no results. When i was notified that it arrived they sent me an online form. I couldn’t change the gender so I emailed that same day confirming my gender. Two weeks later no results, I check in and they say the lab needs my gender confirmed. I sent a screen shot of the email showing I’d done it the day it arrived at the lab. That was nearly two weeks ago. I’ve been emailing daily, texted several times. No updates and no results and they’re incredibly slow to respond. They offered a free consult for my trouble but I’m a health practitioner, that’s no good to me. Now they’ve replacing the kit and only offered $20 store credit which is also useless, I for sure won’t use them again. I was hoping this would be a convenient resource for my clients but it’s been a terrible waste of my time.

I have left you repeated messages about…
I have left you repeated messages about the test kits you keep sending me and you have never responded. This is pretty bad.
Usually, a company wants to avoid waste and be profitable. I guess yours is the exception.
Please tell me why you have sent me two additional kits and what I should do with them

Hi Ed. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience.
Our goal is always to respond to every customer within one business day, so we sincerely apologize if it felt like your messages were not addressed.
Regarding the kits you received, one was sent as a free replacement to retest a missing biomarker from your previous sample, and the other was part of your active subscription cycle.
We completely understand how this may have confused you, and we’re here to help clarify or adjust anything on your account. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can assist you further.

Lots of kinks to iron out....
Pretty much nothing about this process went smoothly. It's a great idea, and the results seem to be solid, however the logistics suck.
I've used other at home bloodtests previously and this is the first one I've had any issues with.
Upon opening and preparing to take the text the kit code didn't work. The app didn't work either and I had to submit a ticket to get it resolved, delaying the test for almost a week. Upon taking the tests i provided blood levels well over the marked lines on the collectors in the hope you'd have enough. After shipping, there were multiple weeks of delays in processing. In processing i was informed the samples didn't provide enough blood, which simply isn't true.I provided more than you requested so if there isn't enough, that's on you. There is apparently yet another kit being shipped to me to provide more blood so you can complete the requested testing and provide the comprehensive results I requested and paid for from the beginning.
Overall, a pretty substandard experience all the way around.

Hello Josh! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and that you encountered challenges throughout the process.
While we strive to make our at-home testing as seamless as possible, there are occasions where technical issues, increased sample volumes, or lab processing constraints can impact timelines and results. When this happens, we aim to be transparent and proactive in communicating updates or delays so customers are informed as soon as possible.
In cases where a sample cannot be fully analyzed, this is not always due to collection volume alone, and we make every effort to support members with replacement kits and additional guidance when needed. We also recognize that first-time collections can feel challenging, which is why we offer Live Help Calls to provide real-time support and improve the likelihood of a complete report.
We appreciate your feedback and are actively working to improve our logistics, communication, and overall experience.
Our support team has followed up directly, and we remain committed to delivering a more reliable and transparent experience moving forward.

Expensive
Expensive, took too long to get the results and even though the entire process was done under the “live instructions” with one of their coaches they said not enough blood was received to process all the test I had paid for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We’d like to clarify that when a sample can’t be fully analyzed, this isn’t always due to the amount of blood collected. Adequate volume can’t always be confirmed visually at the time of collection. During lab processing, samples are centrifuged to separate serum from other blood components, and in some cases, there may not be enough usable serum for all tests. This can occur due to natural biological variability or coagulation before processing, even when collection is completed with live guidance.
When this happens, we always offer a free replacement kit so members can retest at no additional cost. We encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can assist further and help make this right.
We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the overall experience.

Pointless if they dont test what you ordered
Pro was the easy and painless process of collecting. Problem is they only tested half of the labs I ordered due to saying they didnt have enough plasma. I followed the instructions to a t and filled the capsule to the 2nd line as directed. I have tried reaching out to see why this was an issue with no response back.
Response from SiPhox HealthJan 29, 2026
Hello Em, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry that this experience didn’t meet your expectations.
We understand how disappointing it is when not all biomarkers can be reported, especially after carefully following the instructions. In cases like this, the issue isn’t always related to the amount of blood collected. During lab processing, samples are centrifuged to separate plasma, and sometimes there isn’t enough usable plasma to complete every test. This can happen due to natural biological variability or clotting before processing, even when the collection appears successful.
When this occurs, we always provide a free replacement kit so you can retest at no additional cost. We also strongly recommend joining a Live Help Call for collection, as real-time guidance often helps reduce the likelihood of incomplete results.
We regret that our response time was slower than usual due to a higher volume of inquiries, however we remain committed to supporting you and improving the experience.

Frustrating
Frustrating. Lab kit was delayed by weeks and by the time I got the first one they were sending a second
Response from SiPhox HealthJan 21, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that this experience felt frustrating.
To provide some clarity, your subscription was initially set up with a monthly testing frequency, which is why the first two kits were scheduled to arrive about one month apart. The first kit experienced a longer-than-expected delivery time due to a temporary processing slowdown at that time, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since then, we’ve expanded our operations and improved our logistics processes to help ensure a smoother experience going forward.
We’d also like to note that the kits have a shelf life of six months, so there’s no immediate pressure to use them right away. We’re always happy to help adjust your subscription or testing frequency so you can test at a pace that feels right for you. Our programs are designed to give members flexibility and control over when and how they test.
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re committed to continuously improving the experience for our members.
