The customer service was very promt and very helpful resolving my issue. I am not a fan that the membership costs $125 why complicate it and just have one price for each test. Just feels like a money grab, but im looking forward to receiving and trying out the product.

Great system very easy to follow. Only complaint is hard to see the fill lines when drawing. Everything else is well thought out and very easy.

I think this is a great system for those who want more control and information. I do appreciate that the lab results are reviewed and recommendations are well organized to help set a path forward for improving your health on your terms. The cost is excellent if you compare it to what it would take for your insurance system/PCP to order the same level/amount of tests. I do think that a CBC and Chem profile would be nice to add to the system.

This was my second try at collecting my blood, and Annie was very encouraging as I struggled to get my blood to drop onto the collection card. She even used the word “awesome” when I succeeded! With the help of a video instructor, the company has made the process very clear and the kit is well laid out with just what we need! The lack of a 5th star in my review is because the warming pad could not be activated and because the online video instructions in our email and the written instructions in the kit do not say to call the video instructor before proceeding. So the first time I tried to proceed on my own and half way through had to call for help. Otherwise it’s a well thought out and relatively easy process. Make sure you call in for video instructions as you begin!

My previous review of SiPhox Health was based on several interactions with their customer support team. Today I was contacted by a very professional person who addressed my concerns and understood the issue which I was Facing. He offered to resolve the problem with no additional charges which was very much appreciated as I had already paid for two kits which I could not use. I still believe that the company should be more forthcoming about its plans and give more information about the content of the kits and what they entail as far as specimens. I look forward to getting the new kit and getting the tests I need for a new baseline for my coming healthcare plan.

Instructions were great. I got my results back a week later, some of the results say they are still waiting to be reviewed. I think the dashboard with results is a bit confusing and needs a UI adjustment, it’s a bit all over the place. Otherwise I hope this company can start offering all the blood tests conventional doctors can because had I not found this, I wouldn’t have gotten blood work done. I highly recommend this to anyone with medical anxiety, needle or blood anxiety!
