I really enjoyed my experience with Siphox. I have a huge fear of needles to my hope was that it would be less invasive and it absolutely was. I liked it so much that I plan to do it again in three months. I think the collection call was especially helpful so I knew exactly what to do. I also really like the action plan that was put into place with how to improve my numbers on a few things.

I was happy to know that SiPhox offered video call help for the collection process as I was nervous about what seemed like a complex task when my kit arrived. Eseniya, who helped me through the collection on the live call, was super patient and calmed my nerves. When I ran into trouble with my third and final vial collection, she was very helpful in helping me decide how to proceed and ordered a new collection kit immediately at no extra charge.

This was truly a seamless experience. My call to gain the sample was pleasant. I think there is always some anxiety about drawing blood but I would prefer this method over going to the doctor's office and getting a needle in my arm. This was truly painless and easy. Highly recommend!
