All and all it was a good experience, very easy to draw the blood easy to ship it easy to receive the kit. The only problem was the one test I was looking for the most was not completed.

Having the representative on the phone was very helpful. I was a little nervous because i wanted to make sure I did the procedure correctly. I did encounter some problem with popping the silver in the liquid to get it heated so she advised in using a spoon which worked:

This was my second try at collecting my blood, and Annie was very encouraging as I struggled to get my blood to drop onto the collection card. She even used the word “awesome” when I succeeded! With the help of a video instructor, the company has made the process very clear and the kit is well laid out with just what we need! The lack of a 5th star in my review is because the warming pad could not be activated and because the online video instructions in our email and the written instructions in the kit do not say to call the video instructor before proceeding. So the first time I tried to proceed on my own and half way through had to call for help. Otherwise it’s a well thought out and relatively easy process. Make sure you call in for video instructions as you begin!

This was such a great and seamless process collecting the blood sample. I expected more of a pinch but I barely felt a thing. The support call was great. Eseniya was patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend.

This is the easiest way to test so many biomarkers. It absolutely doe snot hurt. Make sure to call the live agent - she's great, so patient and informative - and your process will go smoothly. I wish I could tell my doctors to order blood work for me through SiPhox - an easy blood draw in the comfort of home. I cannot recommend enough. I also love the action plan that they send after the draw.
