This is a second review. Apparently, this is the only way to reach one of their sales team. They make false promises about delivery times. Once they do not ship the product, they ignore messages to cancel the order. I have had to file a chargeback for this order, and they told me that they would refund me in full. Instead, they pretended to ship the product so it would appear shipped and prevent the chargeback. Buyer be warned. This is not a reputable or honest company.

Bad customer support. The chat is just an AI bot and is completely useless, and customer support has not responded to any of my messages, even though they have shipped only 1 of the 2 packages in my order. The company is probably fine when everything goes smoothly, but when problems occur, customer support is practically non-existent.

The company cannot claim to design ergonomic chairs. The first problem comes from the naming scheme which makes purchasing a chair deceiving, I thought I was purchasing the most recent version of the C300 chair, I was not. Then, I'm 183cm, they claim the chair is designed for heights of up to 190cm. After sending pictures and a video explaining how the armrest was sitting too high and had caused a tendinitis to my elbow. They responded: "the armrests are functioning as intended and there is no fault or defect with the chair". There is no way they can claim that the chair was tested for over 175cm people (my wife who is 178cm has the same problem as I do). Don't purchase the chair, don't purchase from them. I would consider the claims they make, false advertising.

Absolute despicable company, ordered then read some reviews about how this company operates. So I emailed them to cancel, they then literally tried to bribe me to keep the order. I refused, then they shipped my order and severed all contact with me, it’s been 2 weeks, refused the order at delivery but Sihoo still refuse to respond or give me a refund. Luckily I ordered in a credit card and have all the email evidence. So my credit card supplier will hopefully charge it back soon once they verify that this company is a shady and untrustworthy business. They actually did an influencer review competition, whoever won got £1000, which caused the chairs quality and functionality to be massively inflated. I know a few with delivered chairs and they all report how terrible they actually are, avoid this company at all costs

Je reçois un colis non complet sans notice, sans les otpions demandées, et sans les pièces de reliage entre le pied et l'assise. Aucun service après vente par téléphone, et par mail aucune réponse. Je déconseille fortement de leur faire confiance

I have now used the Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2 for about a month, and I honestly have to say it’s not worth the money in several important ways. The 4D armrests are far too loose. They swivel in and out and shift back and forth unless I sit completely still — it’s an absolute nightmare. The tilt function is already set to the highest tension, yet it still can’t hold a position. If I lean back even slightly, the chair keeps reclining until I’m almost lying down. Bracing myself isn’t realistic because it quickly becomes uncomfortable and leaves my back feeling tired. Overall, the chair feels wobbly. The armrests even bounce when I stand up. The headrest has the same problem: if I move the chair around the room and accidentally grab it, I have to readjust it because it’s simply too loose and moves far too easily. I really wish the armrests and headrest had some kind of locking mechanism so they wouldn’t shift so readily. I’ve now switched back to my old chair and am looking for another option. To be honest, I don’t dare buy the Doro S300 because I’m afraid the same issues will occur. The armrests bother me the most, and I don’t want to take that risk again. I bought the C300 for the self-adaptive lumbar support and flexible backrest, but I’ve regretted it ever since. If I could, I would have returned it, but I think it’s easier just to sell it online.

SIHOO Doro C300 Pro V2 (Exceptional Perfect Chair) I bought this chair and so far, it offers exceptional comfort, an excellent ergonomic design, and a very solid build quality. What impressed me most is how effectively it supports both the lower lumbar area and the entire back, even during long working hours. I have tried and carefully evaluated many office chairs available on the market, and this is honestly one of the best office chairs I have ever used and tried. For me, it is the perfect chair, providing an outstanding combination of comfort, ergonomic support, build quality, and price. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer support. I had a minor issue, and the support team responded quickly and professionally, resolving it with impressive speed and efficiency. Their responsiveness made the overall experience even better.
