I’m genuinely impressed, not only with the chair, but also with SIHOO’s customer support. I bought the SIHOO C300 Pro V2 and absolutely love it. When I placed my order, I made the mistake of choosing the version without the footrest. After using the chair for a while, I realized that the footrest really completes the whole experience and feels like it belongs with the chair. One important thing to know: SIHOO normally does not sell or ship the footrest separately, so if you are considering this chair, I strongly recommend ordering the version with the footrest from the beginning. In my case, I decided to contact SIHOO support and explain what had happened. They were incredibly understanding and helpful, and although the footrest is normally not available separately, they made an exception for me and arranged to send one free of charge. I honestly did not expect that, and I was very impressed by the way they handled the situation. This is the kind of customer service that really makes a company stand out. The chair itself is fantastic, extremely comfortable, well designed and one of the best office chairs I’ve ever used. For me, it’s basically the perfect chair. Huge thanks to the SIHOO team and especially their customer support. You definitely earned a very happy and loyal customer. Highly recommended!

his chair is incredible; since I got it, I’ve experienced much less pain, especially in my lower back. I realized that I spend most of my time sitting at work, so I invested in this chair—and I have no regrets. The only downside is that, compared to the Sihoo, any other chair now feels inadequate to me. I plan to buy one for my husband and son next. It is truly a worthwhile investment. Don't hesitate to reach out to the seller; they are fantastic and go above and beyond to help. Thank you.

This chair is super comfy and very flexible to accommodate any comfort level. For the price it’s hard to find anything that looks and feel better. Highly recommended!

I have the s300 and it is a very comfortable chair. I’ve been really happy with the overall ergonomics, and I think it’s one of the best chairs you can get at this price point. The only area that could use some improvement is the durability of the seat mesh. Overall, though, it’s a very comfortable and supportive chair and a great value for the price.

I bought my Sihoo m57 chair off of Amazon UK 5 years ago, and it has served me so very well over the years - very comfy, affordable and stylish :) Over the years I lost the two chair arms and messaged Sihoo’s customer support, asking where I could buy a set of replacement arms, as I was clearly well out of the warranty period. To my complete surprise, Lin from UK support sent me a brand new pair of chair arms for FREE! Not only was this incredibly generous, but when they arrived with only 3 screws, Lin then organised a separate shipment, all the way from China to the UK, with a brand new set of screws and bolts, again for free! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate these kind gestures, it really is the mark of a serious business that knows their worth and stands behind their products. Lin has ensured that I will be a Sihoo customer for life and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Très satisfait de ma chaise de bureau Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2, confortable et bien conçue. J'avais oublié de commander l'option repose-pieds à l'achat, et le service client (merci Aya !) a été très réactif et arrangeant : plutôt que de m'imposer un retour complet de la chaise, ils ont trouvé une solution simple pour m'envoyer le repose-pieds séparément. Un service après-vente rare et appréciable, je recommande très fortement !

Es comodísima incluso en jornadas largas, la malla mantiene la espalda fresca y transpirada, y aguanta el uso intensivo sin ceder ni perder firmeza con el tiempo. Los materiales y los acabados son de muy buena calidad, se nota que está bien construida y pensada para durar. Y el servicio de atención al cliente ha estado a la altura del producto: rápido, cercano y resolutivo. Es el ejemplo claro de cómo debería ser un servicio postventa de calidad. Producto y trato, ambos sobresalientes. Muy recomendable.
