SIHOO office chair truly stands out in terms of durability. The high-quality materials used in its construction make it a robust and long-lasting investment. The smooth-rolling wheels and swivel mechanism enhance mobility, and the adjustable armrests cater to individual preferences. The chair has not only improved my posture but also proven itself as a reliable companion for daily tasks.

Fantastic customer service!

It's not the cheapest chair online, but I think the quality matches the price tag pretty darn well. Definitely a worth purchase!

SIHOO's after-sales service is commendable, but a slight delay in response. However, they eventually addressed my concern satisfactorily. Overall, a positive experience.

I've placed an order a week ago. Received an e-mail saying it would be shipped latest by 15/01. Since it didn't change the status of my order, I've contacted via e-mail. But I didn't get a reply. It says free shipping on the website, but I had to pay 10 euros. Now I see that the chair that I bought it's 20 euros cheaper now. I didn't received the product and I'm already very disappointed by the company. Shady tactics. Buy somewhere else.
