Hi Patricia, Thank you for the honest feedback, and I understand the worry. Two things to clear up. Our orders ship from US fulfilment warehouses, and the name on the label is a member of the warehouse team, not a private seller. The labels have since been changed to show Healthy Petz. And the box changed this year. We moved from the pink packaging to the new navy box, and the website images hadn't caught up when you ordered. Same product inside. The reason you didn't hear back is that during May and June our support inbox was overwhelmed and a large number of emails were sitting in a queue that nobody could see. A subscription you didn't choose, no reply when you asked to cancel, and more bottles on the way when your dog wasn't well on it is a failure at every step. The silence was the worst part, and I want to explain it. In May and June our support inbox was overwhelmed and emails were sitting unseen in a queue. That's fixed. We rebuilt the system, added to the team, and every email is now answered within six hours. The checkout fault has also been fixed, and subscriptions cancel in one click under Manage Subscription at the top of our site.
