No change in dog yet but on just started third bottle. Can’t get hold of customer service about shipping as they don’t answer even when trying to report that the company they choose to use just throw the item wherever they please . It’s says on the order Royal Mail but they use Evri

I didn't see much of an allergy improvement in my dog after months of giving my dog this collagen. I still have to give her allergy medication from vet and discontinued collagen.

Hi Natasha, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. A tracking number should be in your inbox the moment an order ships, and an email should never go unanswered. In early June our support inbox was overwhelmed and emails were sitting in a queue nobody could see. That's been fixed completely. Every email is now answered within six hours, and tracking is sent automatically the moment a parcel leaves.
