Everything went wrong, from deceptive advertising to the product not working for my dog. They offer a 60 day money back guarantee, just try to use it. They have sent me email’s back with other peoples stunning reviews several times. Customer service is the worst. Ultimately, they sent me a long list of questions to answer before they could determine if I could get a refund. If the efficacy of their product depends on all these questions then perhaps they should list on the purchase that your dog will only get better if none of these 9 or 10 factors are present. NOTHING BUT A SCAM
