Hi Sherry, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The guarantee is real, and if it didn't help Honey's skin you should have been refunded the first time you asked. Two more bottles arriving after you'd said stop made it worse. The reason your emails went unanswered is that in May our support inbox was overwhelmed and messages were sitting unseen in a queue. That was our failure. We've since rebuilt the system, added to the team, and every email is now answered within six hours. Please email [email protected] using the same email address associated with your order so my team can refund you in full for everything you were charged. There's no need to return anything.
