I have an amazing customer service rep! Lynn was knowledgeable, patient, asked great questions and worked with me to make sure I was ordering the correct item. I have a discontinued model of shelter (a huge structure) that no part or model number could be located. After providing dimensions, pictures, etc she was able to find what I needed for a replacement cover. The process was really straight forward once she was sure I was ordering the correct item (the replacement canopy was going to be custom made so it had to be right the first time). Again, asking me a lot of questions regarding where it was located, sun/snow exposure, durability, and even color options. Things I hadn't thought about.

Excellent product knowledge, very pleasant to deal with. More companies could use someone like this.

Fantastic customer service! Connected via CHAT on their website for help figuring out the brand and model of my gazebo which came with the new home I just purchased. It needed a replacement roof cover. Debora was amazing and went out of their way to help, even though at that point we weren't even sure it was one of Shelter Logic's models. Fantastic customer service involving me emailing photos of the existing gazebo frame for their review. Happily it turned out to indeed be one of their's, and Debora sent me a secure payment link directly through the CHAT to pay for a new roof cover to be shipped to me. Very streamlined process, and the best customer service experiences using a website CHAT that I've ever had. No run around, very straightforward. Debora you're the best!
