Shelter rusted after only a few years. Was to be replaced with a new shelter. Wrong shelter was sent. Took weeks to get the old one picked up and had to email and call several times to request ship date for new shelter. Laura finally took care of it immediately. When you need a man to do the job, hire a woman.

Laura Miller was very helpful and very pleasant. She helped find the exact parts I needed. She also called me back immediately when the system accidentally hung up on me. Most times, there is no call back when that happens. I am very happy with the experience, and very happy with my gazebo!
