Hi Rick, We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. If you have any questions or wish to place an order, please call us on 1-800-932-9344. Thank you for your feedback!

Hi Dawn, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your trust in our shelters, especially given the challenging weather conditions on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. It’s great to hear that your 12 x 12 corral shelter has held up so well over the years and that the quality, durability, and ease of installation have met your expectations. We’re especially grateful for your recommendation and for highlighting the importance of proper anchoring and following the instructions. We’re honored that you’ve chosen our shelters multiple times and across different retailers, and we’re thrilled to know you plan to purchase more in the future. If you ever need replacement parts, a new cover, or have any questions, we’re always here to help. Thank you again for your support and for recommending our shelters to others! Best, The ShelterLogic Team!

Hi Andrew, We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your cover. Please note that fabric life can be affected by the application, location, and the environmental elements the shelter is exposed to. Factors such as prolonged sun exposure, snow load, wind, and other weather conditions can impact the life expectancy of the cover. We do offer three different fabric grades: 6.5 oz standard PE, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty PVC, and 21.5 oz Ultra-Duty PVC. The heavier-grade materials have longer warranties and life expectancies and may be better suited for more demanding environments. If you have any questions or wish to discuss this in more detail, please call us at 1-800-932-9344. We look forward to assisting you!
