Cant ask for better customer service
This is the second time a wind storm has come through and damaged my shelter logic structure. Amazing customer service. Response within 3 hours to my warranty request, simple explanation of what was covered and what was not covered. Then a nice discount on parts that were not covered. They prepared the order with all the parts and all I had to do was call with the order number and a credit card. This is a big reason why I have bought 2 other Shelterlogic structures. Great customer service!

Great Buying Experience

Great kit, but directions a little unclear
Pros: Customer support was great! Readily helped with questions regarding instructions and getting correct floor kit. Cons: Directions were hard to interpret in some areas, especially which pilot holes to use for connecting pieces, specifically in framing above door. Also, some painted part numbers were smeared or difficult to find. Eventually, we were able to locate all the pieces. Despite making sure things were square, had an alignment problem (about 1/2 inch) on left front which we believe was a result of missing pilot hole in framing above door.
