I've used a lot of smart home devices over the years, and for me, Shelly is the perfect example of how IoT products should be built today. Cloud connectivity is a nice feature, not a mandatory requirement. Every device remains fully functional without Internet access, which is exactly how reliable smart home products should work. The built-in automation scripts, the well-documented API, and the freedom to choose between MQTT and HTTP for integration completely won me over. On top of that, the local web interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely pleasant to use. Your temperature sensors also deserve special praise - they have an outstanding design and look great in any environment. One thing that truly impressed me was the Bluetooth recovery utility for restoring devices after a failed firmware update. I've never seen another company provide something so thoughtful and practical. It's clear that these products are designed by engineers who genuinely care about the user experience. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

Shelly has great stuff for home automation. I use the Pro 4PM and 2PM dimmers. They are great and react immediately. During ordering there was a small error in my order. One email and it was fixed.

I have 20 shelly items for 2 years now. They works if y r IT, disconects all the times. Not recomended, stay away.

Had een Shelly 2 geconfigureerd voordat ik deze ging gebruiken (als test). Maar sindsdien, heb ik een andere provider en emailadres en had ik mijn Shelly account aangepast. Hierbij niet stil gestaan bij deze reeds geconfigureerde Shelly. Toen ik deze aansloot om te gebruiken, kreeg ik deze niet meer gekoppeld ook niet met een reset. Na contact met Support is de Shelly "overnight" gereset door Support.

Shelly support team is just fantastic, tickets get replys very quickly and to be honest I also had the problem of ordering some products for the Birthday sells and got quoted for shipping, opened a ticket and a day later had a response and they paypaled me a refund for the shipping costs! But I'm not from UK... perhaps Brexit makes it more difficult I don't know. Anyway support is in paar with the quality of their products and to be honest with you, the shelly community is one of the bests out there and that is also the experience you'll get from owning Shelly products!

All the Anniversary Hype with no UK support. After many marketing emails about Shelly's "Birthday offers", i have selected hundreds of pounds worth of product to be hit with ASTRONOMIC shipping costs. This is such a shame and total unacceptable. How is it that i can get a delivery from Amazon.de for a few pounds postage but with Shelly its in excess of £55. very poor customer service in my opinion.
