I started using Shelly products a few years ago, switching from other manufacturers—brands I consider very good, yet not quite on the same level as Shelly’s offerings, especially regarding the dashboard and mobile app. I needed support for a new product, and they assisted me and resolved the issue with great competence and speed. It was truly a great experience and a demonstration of the professionalism of a leading company.

I'm very satisfied with Shelly products — I chose Shelly mainly because it's a European product, and I now own several different devices from the range. The automation possibilities they offer have been extremely helpful for my smart home. One of my devices, a Shelly 1 PM Mini, failed at one point, but the seller replaced it with a new unit without any issues — smooth process, no complaints there either. I also recently had an issue with my Shelly Ecowitt WS90 weather station (Bluetooth signal lost after a firmware update). After submitting a support ticket describing the problem, I received a reply in under an hour with clear guidance on how to fix it, and the issue was fully resolved. The support team works very fast and efficiently. Great experience overall!

I had some difficulties in setting up the Shelly remote switch, because it was something new for me. I reached to the support team for help and was amazed by their patience and understanding and the speed of their responses. Finally, I managed to set it up and I am very happy with its functionality.

Opened a support ticket to ask if I can buy a part Shelly does not sell normally (the CT of the Shelly Pro 3EM-3CT63). Since they don't carry said part normally, they had to look into it and quickly got back to me. I'm now getting the part free of charge, you rarely get this level of support nowadays.

Update: Uiteindelijk goed opgelost. Shelly heeft het pakket voor de tweede keer opgestuurd en heb het nu in goede orde ontvangen. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Shelly. Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst en betaald, maar mijn pakket is nooit geleverd. Inmiddels heb ik meerdere keren contact opgenomen via e-mail, maar ik krijg helemaal geen reactie. Ik wil graag weten waar mijn bestelling is. Als het pakket niet meer geleverd kan worden, verwacht ik uiteraard mijn geld terug. Tot nu toe krijg ik helaas geen enkele duidelijkheid of oplossing. Ik vind het erg slecht dat je als betalende klant niet eens een reactie krijgt wanneer je bestelling niet wordt geleverd. Ik hoop dat Shelly alsnog contact met mij opneemt en dit probleem netjes oplost.

Wer direkt bei Shelly kauft, der könnte Pech haben. Denn Kundenservice gleich null. Bei defekten bleibt man drauf sitzen. Geld gibts keins zurück, sondern einen Wertgutschein, um das Produkt nochmal zum kaufen. Problem nur, es gibt seit einem Jahr dieses Produkt nicht mehr. Man wird immer vertröstet mit nächsten Monat wird mit neuer Verfügbarkeit gerechnet….bla bla bla. Fazit, Geld weg und Produkt defekt nach einem Monat. Frist mit Auszahlung gesetzt, kommt gleich gar keine Antwort mehr.

Ich hab mir das Shelly System in meinem Haus eingebaut. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert bis ich ein neues Handy bekommen habe. Ab dahin hat garnichts mehr funktioniert. Für viel Geld bekommt man einfach nur Müll. Ich bin aus ein anderes System umgestiegen was deutlich besser ist.
