Great service when it matters most! Both of my Shelly Plus Plug S (Gen 2) devices have been running 24/7 in a fully automated setup via ioBroker for 9 months now. When one of the plugs recently stopped working, the support team completely saved the day: their response time was lightning-fast, and the issue was resolved immediately. That is how you win loyal customers! Despite the defect, a clear recommendation for this great system and their excellent service.

Leider musste ich mein Shelly 2PM Gen4 wg. eines Defektes reklamieren. (bei Amazon gekauft); Schnelle und unkomplizierte Reaktion vom Kundenservice. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis ich verstand, dass ich den Ersatz direkt bei Shelly bekomme. Jetzt warte ich auf die Sendung. Gerne wieder.
