Ordered an EM Mini Gen4 2-pack. One of the 2 devices rattled while shaking it. Filed a support ticket, and got a quick (1 day) and useful response: I could just open it up and click the 2 PCBs together. That worked! I liked that it was pretty easy to open, I was afraid there would be fragile plastic tabs or glue keeping it together, but none of that. Perfect solution for a simple problem.

I found Shelly's customer support team responsive - an initial engagement was mainly via AI (which was efficient and responsive), followed up by a real person who issued a voucher to replace the warrantied item. Will continue to do business with Shelly.

3rd or 4th order with Shelly EU and it's changed my mind about ordering through Shelly directly. Placed an order end July, it was dispatched Aug 3. Item hasn't moved since Aug 5. Waited 2 weeks and contacted support on Aug 15. I've had no response from their customer support in 3 business days.

Habe bei Shelly direkt gekauft, da Shelly Geburtstag hatte gab es ein Geschenk dazu, ein Lüfter. Leider hat dieser eine Lagerschaden direkt bei Lieferung gehabt. Shelly sagte mir war ja eh ein Geschenk da tauschen wir das nicht!!! Bin ich eine Müllhalde das man mir E-Schrott schenkt???!!

Den Shelly support kann man in die Tonne hauen. Auf Nachrichten bekommt man nur wirr warr zurück. Es wird auf keine Frage eingegangen und es scheint so als ob die Mitarbeiter die Produkte gar nicht selber kennen

I am truly impressed by the quality, possibilities, and flexibility of Shelly devices. I am using quite a few now (rapidly expanding) and the quality is beyong expectations. Also Shelly support acts quick and provides immediate knowledgable support when needed. One thing: I should have discovered this brand and its fine products much earlier.

Products are great, but when you have a warranty claim it’s a different matter. I had a sensor failure which originally looked like a module fail (2 sensors failed simultaneously) First interactions (with ai agent) were fine and quickly determined it was a single sensor causing the problem. I’d clearly explained it had been working perfectly and it was a simple installation. Then the b/s started Maybe it’s the latest software Maybe your cables are too long Send photos so we can blame it on you, somehow. What next? Too many sunspots? Squirrels in trees nearby? Only buy if you are happy to buy again if things fail during (so called) warranty.
