I got my girlfriend the Eternal Spring ring and she absolutely loves it. Everyone compliments her and asks where its from. From the quality to the precise beauty, Serene Western has it all.

I made a $160 purchase in December 2025. I forgot about the order until March 2026. I emailed them to let them know that I never received my order. The tracking showed " label created." They said it had been delivered and that I could not have a refund. They said they would replace the order if I pay another shipping fee. I sent them a copy of my receipt that showed I had shipping protection and nowhere did the tracking say it had been delivered. This company is a horrible company, poor customer service. They committed theft with me. I will follow through with reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend trusting this company.

Girl friend who wears true sterling siver without problem , has lumps and skin damage on finger in under 2 weeks of wearing a stamped sterling silver ring I’m very embarrassed as it was a gift . It’s absolute rubbish .. won’t go near this shop again ! Would show photo of skin reaction but can’t seem to load it !

This company has horrible customer service. I later found out after I had already ordered. They are actually out of China. They list themselves as a local company born out of the desert of Arizona, but they actually do not have a physical number address only a street name. I ordered a ring back on January 9th and to this day still have not received it and since January 19th, it has been sitting in a warehouse apparently in Los Angeles.They have poor communication, and they have charged me for the item.I still have not received a refund!! They continue to apologize and say they're sending out another gift but if I didn't get the first item why would I wait for a second one They are not what they seem.! To date I still have not received my item I ordered or received a refund nor any confirmation I am even going to get one or the other. They do not respond.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever had with a company. It’s been a month still have not received my jewelry and I have a bad feeling. I’m gonna be sending it back. It’s only coming from New York. I had to threaten them with fraud charges to get them to even answer my emails do not order from them. I will complete my review when I receive this jewelry and I have a bad feeling about it.
