I have ordered one of those rings before and it was good so I bought my wife one for our 5th anniversary I ordered it on June 1 2026 and it took over a month to get it and it was the wrong one and they can’t even be bothered to reply back to my email

Terrible quality and zero customer service. Avoid!I highly recommend staying away from this company. I purchased two rings recently and both are defective. One arrived with stones already missing, and the other one snapped in two after wearing it just once.The worst part is the non-existent customer service. I have reached out via email multiple times to resolve this issue, but I am being completely ignored. They take your money but offer no support when their products fail. Buyer beware!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with the Quality I received my Competitive Spirit Necklace Turquoise Stone today, and I was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The shipping box arrived badly mangled. While I understand that shipping damage isn't always the seller's fault, I was disappointed to find that the necklace itself was packaged with the chain completely tangled into a knot. It took me nearly 20 minutes to carefully untangle it before I could even inspect the necklace. Once I did, I was shocked by the quality. The chain is extremely thin and feels very flimsy, and the clasp arrived broken, making the necklace unwearable right out of the box. The pendant and chain look much cheaper than they appeared on the Serene Western website. For the price I paid, especially after the Canadian dollar exchange, I expected a quality piece of jewelry. Instead, I received a necklace that feels poorly made and not worth the money. This has been a very disappointing first experience with Serene Western, and I will not be purchasing from them again. Based on my experience, I would encourage potential buyers to carefully consider whether the product quality matches the images shown on the website before ordering.

This is an update to my original review of this company. I finally received my purchase. There was no packing slip in the box with instructions or a sticker that you can place on the box if you needed to return it. If you do return an item they require you to pay $9.99 plus a processing fee. Mind you, the box was beautifully processed. I had such a hard time contacting this company trying to get information from them. There are two numbers that do not work. I emailed and direct messaged and after days of frustration finally got an email. When I initially purchased this ring, the order form came up. I only added my name my address, my email and put in a credit card number to pay for the order. I did not make an account. After the order was received and processed, the page disappeared, I checked under the “account” heading the next day and it listed no orders, and no confirmation email had been sent. I became extremely alarmed. That’s when I started contacting them and never got answers until I really put my foot down in my emails. They finally returned my email, apologized for not getting back to me sooner, but never gave me an order number or a tracking number or how long it would take to process just that they would expedite the order. I finally received the ring. It was too large. After jumping through all the hoops and frustration I went through, they said they would be nice enough to send a replacement and I would not have to send the ring that didn’t fit back. I would have to pay the $9.99 plus a processing fee to get the replacement ring. They said that would “avoid any extra shipping costs or hassle”. They also would take my feedback seriously so they could improve their service. To me that is just adding insult to injury after the lack of communication and money and time wasted for a simple answer. I contacted them told him I was unsure whether or not I was going to let them go ahead and send a new ring because I already paid for the ring and all the frustration I had to go through just to get some type of an answer. I don’t know whether or not I’m going to trust them again and I told them so. They should send a replacement for free after all the money they collected from me, and time I wasted even though it was not a defect as they stated. What is even more interesting about this company, is that when I went to the website once again after my ring was delivered, under the “account” heading I now have an account with them with all the information with an order number, tracking number, and the tracking information. This should’ve been sent to my email after the order was placed, annd during processing ,and mind you I said I never made an account. All the information that you normally get from every legitimate company was there. I don’t know why they could have not done this from the beginning as every company does. Not a very satisfying experience at all.

Read the reviews, they say it all! I ordered over a month ago and no delivery, no customer service and no gift! What a scam!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time and money with this company!

I placed order, paid for order. NEVER received item, customer service worthless. Don't waste your time or money.

Fortunately I bought through PayPal !! After multiple emails (most unanswered), a promise of a 48 hour response, I received an offer of a “freebie” for compensation (I’d had to go & buy another Birthday present) - I still have never received any instructions re how I might actually do that process… After 1 month my Order had not progressed past the “purchased” stage. I rang PayPal on the Friday (our time), a Case was raised by them…my order was in the mail before close of business Monday. Lovely items…. I’d like another pair of the earrings…but if I do purchase again I will again be using PayPal.

No customer service haven't received my order it's been 3cweeks I'll never order from this company again
