Thought it was actually silver for that price. Do not order from them

They sent me what I bought, but the silver on the ring wore right off. Even though I bought product protection they are making it extremely difficult to get service. The website does not give you any information on how to make a product protection warranty claim. At the very least, they are sketchy and the product is as shown but poor wearability quality

Seren jeweler is beautiful and the pictures on line don't do it any justice. The ring I ordered for my wife is stunning. Tha order process was easy and communication was excellent. I would and will be ordering from them again.

Serene Western is an awesome company! I accidentally ordered a duplicate ring I already had. And they helped me with the replacement beautifully. I paid a very small fee for the replacement and they offered to let me keep the duplicate ring. How awesome is that? I highly recommend this company. Their jewelry is gorgeous!!!

MY HUSBAND ME THIS RING AND SOMEHOW TWO STONES FELL OFF AND I HAD TEXT SERENE AND MENTION IT WAS BOUGHT BY MY HUBBY FOR OUR 12TH ANNIVERSARY AND I WAS SO UPSET CAUSE I COULDN'T WEAR IT ANY MORE.
