Love this brand. On the rare occasion that an order didn’t suit me, I received help with my refund immediately from a very polite and responsive team. Customer service is top notch.

As a long time dreamer of having one of their wedding dresses, I can safely say I will never EVER use this company again. The wedding dress I ordered was a joke. Firstly, it looked used. Buttons missing, creased and the tags looked like they had been re used and re applied. In addition to this the quality of the dress was absolutely shocking. £700 for thin & cheap material. Insult to injury I also had to loose £250 on import tax. They admitted fault when they saw the state of the photos I sent them and refunded the dress but point blank refused to cover the import tax. I've ended up having to take a voucher for a company I never want to use again. A really special moment was ruined by someone's lack of stock checking. Don't believe the online hype.

I've honestly never had any trouble working with Selkie's CS whether I've simply had a question or had an issue that needed addressing. It's almost always been Summer who's responded and she's the best! She always listens, does her best to help, escalates when needed and is thoughtful and kind. I've also spoken with Alexis a time or two and she's also been lovely. I appreciate that I can email and just ask a question about stock, check on an order, etc. I've never been treated like that's a bother to them, even though I'm sure they're super busy! Much love and appreciation to these folks!

Summer was very knowledgeable and very kind. Summer answered my sizing question with supporting reasons why and didn’t just give me the size as an answer.

Customer service from Summer was great - quick response and friendly. The clothes themselves are to die for! I could bankrupt myself shopping here. Sizing is pretty true to size, might've gone one size up in corset and one size down in the puffa jacket but both fit well enough to look great. And everything else was a good fit.
