Fantastic experience. There was a small issue with one of my items not shipping with the rest of my order, Alexis not only made sure that it shipped immediately but she expedited it to make sure it made it in time for me to wear it to an upcoming event. I’ve never had an experience where the company cared enough to make sure I got something on time. And in this case with extra time to spare. I am beyond grateful and will be a Selkie customer for life!

Alexis from the customer support helped with all my questions and got me the perfect size. I'm so grateful. Amazing service

Alexis and team were absolutely wonderful and took care of my issue in a speedy fashion! Honestly, absolute best customer service I have ever received. This is just another reason I will continue to support the Selkie brand - the employees are fantastic! I would give the customer service team a million stars if I could ☺️ I also wanted to point out Selkie's clothing quality is off the charts incredible! You will not regret spending your money here. I have been purchasing for a little over a year and cannot believe I did not know about the brand sooner than that. It is always an overall great experience!

Customer service that is Kind, thoughtful, very attentive. They take it upon themselves to treat customers like friends.

I ordered two dresses from Selkie and am beyond happy with what I got! Both dresses are good quality, absolutely stunning, and completely match the images on the site. Delivery was very quick. I've worn one of the dresses in public and got tons of compliments. I followed the size guide and they fit perfectly. I will definitely shop with Selkie again. I just have one note: one of the dresses was a pre-order set to ship two days after my purchase. The two dresses ended up being send a day apart, which unfortunately meant I had to pay import fees twice. I would really have liked an inquiry as to whether I could wait and have them shipped together as that would have saved me some money. But this is minor - I really am very happy with my experience.

Truly fantastic customer service and support! Immediate response and help which was such a relief. I'm so grateful we were able to exchange my dress and thank you so much for your quick response time and help here! I cannot wait to collect my next dress!!!
