Still in limbo! Ordered 3 pair of pants and absolutely loved the product. Was agreed to return with provided shipping label for exchange of same products in larger size. I’ve since followed up to Jen twice confirming returned delivery and exchange ship date to no avail. Rather unfortunate. Not very encouraging stumbling across many similar reviews

I have been in contact with Seadon about arranging an exchange for a product. It was unclear that no exchanges were allowed on the items I purchased. After spending over $300 on their products I asked for a one time exchange (same price, one size larger). It has taken over 1 month with weeks of no response, then an agreement to send a return label, then silence... 1) I request an exchange on Mar 22nd 2) Mar 24 I am told by Jen that she will talk with Carson (owner?) 3) two more messages from me and finally a response on Apr 1 that they'll do the exchange, just need pics with the tags on showing they're unworn. Which I provide on Apr 2 then remind on the 4th, 7th, 9th, AND 10th 4) finally Jen responds with the shipping cost on Apr 11th ($24). Same day I respond agreeing and ask for the shipping label 5) my responses on the 11th, 14th, and 15th have not been addressed Literally the absolutely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever dealt with. They've lost a customer and I will no longer be recommending them to friends. Update: Seadon did follow through on their word and have reached out to me via email with shipping information the same day.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering 3 shirts for $200 that I will not be able to use, cannot return, and cannot even work with them in any way because (as the other reviews note) their customer service is extremely rude. It's not worth the battle, just a $200 lesson learned about a terrible company with a dishonest product (they sent me small-for-size, extremely thin, tight base layers that you would never wear without something over them like a sweater). I may eventually have a use for that, but do not presently have any plans for which another base layer would be useful. These were advertised as stand-alone shirts to wear as regular clothing.

I have not bought a product from this company but I have dealt with their marketing department. They are rude and argumentative. I would not trust that the customer service or quality of the product is any better than they are. EDIT: A no point did I accuse anyone of being a "nazi", or even use that word. Seadon was intentionally being passive aggressive and trolling commenters in order to farm engagement on their advertising post. Disgraceful behavior. Focus on making clothing.

UPDATE: Customer service came through for me and I am satisfied with their response. I realize it’s a small company so it’s difficult to respond promptly to all requests for assistance. I was not dissatisfied with the quality of the shirts, just the size. I ordered 2 shirts costing over $100 and received them but they were exceedingly small for the size. I emailed the company the same day asking to exchange for a larger size. Got an email saying it would cost me $24 to exchange. I reluctantly decided I had to or I was out the original $100. Since then I have gotten numerous auto-generated emails asking me to send order number and a photo of the items in their unwashed and original tags and packaging. I have done that three times but continue to get the same automated email back.

Ordered and changed my mind about sizes. Emailed Seadon to cancel the order or change sizes, if possible. Around 4 hours later after my email, I received an email stating that my order is ready to be shipped. Tried contacting them on Instagram, Messenger chats and Whatsapp. No reply. Couple hours after the shipping email, received a reply to my order cancellation email saying that it isn't possible to cancel because my order has already been fulfilled. Was given the option to either exchange or return. Requested for a return label and no reply after 4 days. Good products, yes. Absolutely horrid customer service, also yes.

Excellent, fast service and very nice clothing!
