I received part of my order, but two pieces were missing even though I was charged for the full order. I contacted the company and they advised those two pieces were out of stock. They offered to exchange for another product or to issue a refund, but my two star review is because those items are still listed on their website as available. They should update their available inventory on their website so people aren't ordering products that are out of stock.

Still in limbo! Ordered 3 pair of pants and absolutely loved the product. Was agreed to return with provided shipping label for exchange of same products in larger size. I’ve since followed up to Jen twice confirming returned delivery and exchange ship date to no avail. Rather unfortunate. Not very encouraging stumbling across many similar reviews
