LuxmeryReviews of luxmery.com

Delivery of my order was fast and efficient. On receipt I was very impressed with the quality of the swimsuit as well as the style. Unfortunately I had ordered the incorrect size and sent off for an exchange. I was immediately contacted to ensure that the correct size for me was sent out and was also advised I could keep the original as a gift. I highly recommend ordering from this company Not only are their products fantastic but the customer service is top class.

Nice comfortable body suit, does what it says too! Sizing is good but might possibly need to order a size down - or not depending on your personal requirements. Delivery got delayed (good old Evri) customer support were lovely and helpful and parcel did arrive very quickly once contacted!

Absolutely blown away with the customer service … I inadvertently ordered the wrong size . When reordering the correct size I was advised that not only would they still honour the buy one get one free deal but that I didn’t need to return the originals ! Other companies should take a leaf out of their book as the hassle of returning items can sometimes put me ( as a senior) off buying in the first please ! I Will definitely be a retuning customer and I shall be spreading the word to friends and family ! Thank you

Great product as influenced. Don’t hesitate to buy the cami.

Absolutely amazing customer service my first order too small but emailed customer service sending replacement free of charge.

Received my order and wasn’t suitable have emailed them a week ago and no reply. No reply on Facebook or instagram absolutely shocking service all I want is a refund. Do not order from this shambles of a company

I only leave honest reviews and I can honestly say that Luxmery is an excellent company to shop with, I had a problem with the size and colour of 2 particular bodysuits that I had ordered and Stefanie was amazing, she responded the very next day and really helped me, quickly dispatching an alternative bodysuits that I knew would fit me perfectly as I had already purchased one before, I offered to return the ones I did not want but this I was told was not necessary. I can highly recommend Luxmery as a company and customer service is tops, their clothing is of high quality and very comfortable to wear, I’m looking forward to purchasing more clothing soon.

I bought the round neck thong bodysuit. I wore it for about an hour and then had to take it off because it was so uncomfortable. The bodysuit chafed along my bikini line and was unbearably sore. When I took it off, I'd actually lost a layer of skin where the bodysuit had rubbed my bikini line, much like when you're breaking in a new pair of shoes! I'm definitely not up for breaking in a bodysuit; life's too short for that kinda pain!
