I haven't received my first shipment yet but that's because I accidentally entered in the wrong address and when I emailed their customer service, they were extremely helpful and fast replying! They are doing a reshipment for me no charge extra to my correct address and I couldn't be more grateful for the amount of effort and attentiveness they gave me! Fully investing into Scentbox!

Scent box has been amazing so far! I purchased my first box before this months shipment and got it quick! The scents were amazing. I had an accident with one scent and a bottle broke, scent box didn’t hesitate to replace it for me so I thank them! Great customer service!

I love this company!! I have used them for many years and grown with them as they have evolved into a wonderful scent option for consumers. I have earned lots of rewards as all of my friends use them too. Over the years, any time there has been an issue with any of my items (broken top or wrong scent), they immediately rectify situation with out a question asked. I will continue to try my scents with them

I placed an order last month and the service was fast! The scents are accurate and true to buying at a store. It was simple which I love! I ordered again this month and didn’t receive the package I was extremely upset because as we all know money is tight. After talking to Scent Decant they reassured me and sent me a new order. I use Baccarat all the time the past 4 years. I normally order samples of it and they last me a while . This was the first time ordering from this website, normally my samples arrive in actual Baccarat vials. This Baccarat smells nothing like my Baccarat, nasty alcoholic and just weirdly cheap smell.

Have ordered from them a few times. The last time I ordered I received one wrong sample. Customer service took care of it right away.

I ordered over $50 worth of samples, but they never arrived and the USPS marked the delivery as complete. I contacted Scent Decant and notified them that I didn't receive my order. And in response they told me that the delivery was complete, and that maybe next time I need to put an apartment or suite #. (There isn't one) They must be hard up for cash or something because they didn't even offer a refund, a replacement, store credit, or anything else that could solve the problem. Next time I'll just use Amazon so I don't have this problem.
