I love being able to try out different scents without having to purchase the full size scent! I recently ordered and received an email that it had been delivered, however it wasn’t delivered for another 2-3 days. The customer service team was very helpful and was willing to resend my order once they heard I hadn’t received it yet. And were very friendly! I will be ordering again!

So I recently made my first purchase from scentdecant and I can honestly say I’m satisfied, the shipping was fast, there was a little mix up with one of the items I purchased but they fixed it in a heartbeat, the products I received were 100% authentic and I’m looking forward to purchasing more.

First, all the colognes and perfumes are 100% authentic. I ordered 12 - 1ml sample bottles in order to find which one I want to spend the big money on. Other dealers I've seen only offer .75 ml samples in a pop top vial, so 25% more with SD. Scent Decant gives you a full 1 ml glass bottle with an atomizer (spray top), and not some plastic tube that will harm or diminish the fragrance. Second, I received my order very fast, and the samples were packaged in a zip lock baggie inside of a very nice black velvet pouch. Nice touch! And finally, one sample received was damaged in transit. Guess what? I emailed Scent Decant and they responded immediately, and sent a replacement out on their next shipping day. Excellent customer service. In the end, if you're looking to try numerous scents before dropping the big bucks, or if you can't pay retail for the best scents on the market, don't hesitate to purchase from Scent Decant. These folks are awesome, and I highly recommend them.

What could have been a disappointing experience was quickly turned around by excellent customer service. After an issue with the delivery of my order, I was quickly and courteously helped, and a new order was shipped out. Upon receiving my order, I was not disappointed- two wonderful scents at a good fair price. Would recommend, and will return. Thank you Scent Decant!

My shipment came early, however one bottle leaked out during shipment. I reached out to customer support and they sent a new one right away!

I am a new Scentbox customer for 4 months now. I love this company!! They have a huge variety of fragrances to pick from as well as Candles, Potpourri, Lotions and other lovely items. Their Customer Service is one of the best I've seen. They are so helpful and expedited any issues I had immediately. It was my first order from Scentbox and the sprayer didn't work on my purchase I was so upset I was looking forward for the first purchase I explained to customer service about my purchase and the immediately explained they would replace it and they did ❤️❤️❤️
