I placed an order and forgot to add the apartment # in the shipping address. Once Mailed delivery failed, Scent Decant sent me another order in the same day at no cost to me! What a great customer service. Highly recommended

First time using scent decant I was excited because I could try a bunch of different men's colognes in small amounts to see if I like them before I invested money in larger containers. One of the samples I bought the actual atomizer did not work. I emailed customer support They recommended some things I could do to get it working. Unfortunately it would not. So literally in two emails in 5 minutes they contacted me back thanked me for trying the solutions and told me they were sending me out another vial of cologne at no cost to me. I was very happy with my purchase to begin with. Coupled with amazing customer service and no hassles whatsoever. In the future sent decant will be my first choice for fragrances. Keep up the good work thank you

I received my sample really quickly. Unfortunately most of it leaked out. They asked for a photo of the empty bottle which I gave them and a new one was shipped out right away.
