Had 3 of my fragrances show up with minuscule amounts of fragrance in the (they leaked). Someone In customer service was speedy to help reply and eventually resend the damaged fragrances.

Great experience so far, ordered about 10 samples, a couple leaked but they worked with me and handled it with great customer service. The site have been easy to navigate and use will definitely be a return customer.

I thought this was fake,but is real,love it

I ordered a bottle of cologne from them because it's the one thing my friend really wanted for their birthday, which is this weekend. Order arrived yesterday. Great! I opened the package and it was the wrong item. Mind you, this is the 2nd order I've place with them and the 2nd time I've been sent the wrong item. I contacted customer service and provided pictures of the wrong item. Their response was to mail it back BEFORE they would ship me the correct item. Now, my best friend won't get what they wanted for their birthday and I'm in for an awful weekend. Way to make things right, ScentDecant...make me wait in limbo and disappoint a friend because have no concept of customer service and fill an order properly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I recently made my first purchase from Scent Decant and am so happy with my purchase. I love that I can sample an endless amount of fragrances without committing to an expensive full size bottle. There are so many size ranges for the samples and the fragrances are authentic. If you fall in love with one(or 10 lol) you can come back and purchase a larger sample size, or even a full size for some fragrances. Ordering was easy and my order shipped within the given time frame. There was a small issue with my order and I reached out to customer service via email and was responded to within a day. My issue was addressed and fixed within a day as well. That is what I call top customer service!! The loyalty rewards program is an added feature that I love as well. You can earn points to redeem as discounts on future purchases. I highly recommend this company and will for sure be back to try more scents!!

When dealing with a product issue; customer service was prompt and offered easy troubleshooting. When that didn't work they were more than willing to replace the product. Very happy to have helpful service! Will be ordering many more times!
