SaunaboxReviews of saunabox.com

Nicole was a huge help in assisting me with knowledge and recognition of value for the product that I was buying. I couldn't be more impressed with her organic tact that really felt like building rapport and familiarity with a friend. She even cross-referenced the quality of other saunas, which is a convenient and informative leisure to me that was critical to me buying decision. Without Nicole I would have been guessing about which sauna to buy much longer, and with Nicole I immediately recognized the quality and higher standards of sauanabox; I am proud to be the owner of a new one for my home.

I ordered my suana box and was immediately reached out by a professional customer service specialist Nicole to make sure I had everything I needed. I've never experienced such personable customer service before. If this is how they run their business, I can only imagine what the quality of their products are! Thank you so much Nicole!

The saunabox pulse is magnificent! I thought it didnt work until Nicole and the saunabox customer service team got me on the right track. Easily one of my best experiences!

I had some reservations about a purchase like this, but Nicole reached out to me early and was consistently available for questions over the course of a week while I did my research. If there was something she didn't have the information for, she told me she'd get back to me. Every single time, she did. Very happy with her attention to detail and amount of follow-up, which definitely led to me being comfortable enough to purchase.

My son surprised me with a SaunaBox and I must say the product is great. It heats up quickly and is very easy to use. But we had an issue with the heating unit and the Customer Service was exceptional. They figured out the issue and sent us a new Box. Thats the sign of a GREAT company.

This has truly been a relaxing and pain reducing part of my daily routine now. Super simple install, panels came pre-installed which was super helpful. Nicole was prompt in checking in during the checkout process and helped explain the different components.

I was looking to purchase a sauna and saw this one on KTLA so I decided to try it out. I even got a code to get a discount and sales representative Nicole reached out to me and was very helpful. She answered all my questions quick and very knowledgeable.

Great customer service and great product. Nicole w/ Saunabox reached out via text to see if I needed any assistance with my purchase, which I did. She was wonderful and helped me promptly. Very confident if I need any further help they will be easy to connect with and happy to assist. Loving the product so far and overall very happy I chose to go with Saunabox over others.
