I purchased the steampro with red light for my husband’s birthday in September as a gift to him. This unit has exceeded our expectations! My husband has been very impressed by how hot it gets, gives him a really good sweat very easily and helps with his sleep. I wasn’t expecting to use it myself due to not being a sauna type but I now use it few couple times a week as well. It has helped my health in many ways. Muscle recovery, de-stress and helping me to be able to sweat easier. It’s very easy to keep clean and heats up consistently for us every time. I am genuinely amazed at how great of an investment this turned out to be. Thank you SO much!

I am so impressed with the SaunaBox unit we recently purchased, from the very reasonable pricing to the form fit and function of the unit has exceeded our expectations. The unit puts out enough steam that even a seasoned steam sauna user will find heats the tent well beyond my tolerance 120 f and above on the highest settings and can provide this for in longer than 40 minutes on a single filling is crazy for the price paid. The customer service department is next level also. I made a mistake when purchasing my unit because I used a service, "Shop" I had not used in many years and my old shipping address was still in it and didn't notice due to it's single click purchase function. When I got the FedEx tracking info I instantly knew that Dallas was not my proper address and tried to log into my FedEx account and change the shipping address and was not able to due to the fact that the shipper had to make these changes. After talking to the SaunaBox customer service department they shipped another unit to my address in Mena, Arkansas!!! Thank you SaunaBox my unit could not be better and you treated me with the best customer service on top of having such a great product. Jimmy Fallin

The sauna box was very easy to set up. It took us about one hour total(nice). The Bluetooth works great, so you can listen to your favorite podcast. The sauna heats up to 149 degrees within 20 minutes. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I went online and started the process of ordering. Didn't follow through at all. I get a text message from a rep names Nicole about me not ordering. I will say she was persistent and got me to place the order. She did several follow ups. Nice and professional. If it wasn't for Nicole I wouldn't have place the order. Thanks Nicole. Hopefully the Sauna will help with my blood pressure.

I had an unfortunate issue with my sauna door handle. It literally ripped off when I went to open the sauna door. I immediately e-mailed support, provided picture's and explained the issue and within 30 min I received an e-mail with a replacement confirmation. Awesome customer support!
