SaunaboxReviews of saunabox.com

Absolutely loving our SaunaBox Solara! It was delivered last week and the whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. The sauna is beautifully made, super cozy, and has already become part of our daily routine. Huge thanks to Nicole, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process — she answered all our questions and even helped us compare other saunas we were considering, which made the decision so much easier. You can really tell the SaunaBox team genuinely cares. Highly recommend! Kenric and Justine

I was hesitant at first, then Nicole came along and helped the process go so smoothly, she made the process simple, helped every step of the way. If anybody is looking to start the process of looking at a saunabox, Nicole is the person you want guiding and helping you, I feel so much better about my purchase and even after it arrives she will still be able to help with any questions.

Just bought the smartsteam with a redlight and im looking forward to it coming! Nicole was a big help and answered all my questions! Thanks nicole!

Nicole helped me out with some issues with my cart. She was very helpful and responsive. I can’t speak on the product I purchased as I haven’t received it yet, but as far as customer service goes, saunabox and Nicole appear to have it all together!

They were quick to respond and sent me pictures of how to fix my problem... Very Helpful! Great customer service!!!

Customer service was wonderful! We were experiencing an issue with a steam unit failing, and there were issues with warehouse distribution of replacement units initially with some of the customer service. However, when reaching out to their business chat on social media was able to connect with somebody who advised me that despite the initial lengthy delay of it being a replacement unit that would come in potentially 6 to 8 weeks, they were kind enough to go ahead and send me an entire unit as a repeat customer to solve the issue in the short term. Above and beyond versus most that deal with customer service these days! I will be a long-standing customer for a while based on this interaction and I’m already considering a permanent unit in my next home due to its positive impact don’t hesitate to reach out to them if there’s an issue, they will always solve it for you! Oh, and do have to mention that I’m a huge fan of the actual unit itself obviously. I’m using it twice a day and loving it!

Nicole did a great job in following up and giving me a the details I requested WELL DONE!

⚠️ CONSUMER WARNING – SAUNABOX ⚠️ I purchased a Saunabox a few months ago. The remote and control unit stopped working while still under warranty. Saunabox does not have a customer service phone number and only communicates by email. Since reporting the issue, I’ve experienced ongoing delays, stalled responses, and unacceptable behavior. Multiple times, Saunabox has confirmed replacement part orders, only to cancel them the following day with no explanation. This has happened repeatedly. Weeks go by with no resolution. As of today, I have a nonfunctional unit under warranty and no replacement parts, despite repeated promises. This post is to warn other consumers: if something breaks, be prepared for slow communication, canceled orders, and no accountability. I strongly advise anyone considering a Saunabox purchase to research carefully and understand the risk if warranty service is needed.
