SaunaboxReviews of saunabox.com

Nicole was very knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions!

Nicole provided a great experience! She helped answer all my questions about the Solara sauna. I was a little hesitant at first because there are so many options out there but after speaking with her, I knew it was the right choice for my space and needs. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole was extremely helpful throughout the order process. The product itself is amazing! It was easy to set up easy and to use. Most importantly, the thing works!

I ordered a Saunabox XL and unfortunately when it arrived it was missing a component. I emailed Saunabox and they immediately sorted the issue and sent out the missing piece. I have not used it yet as the part is still in transit but if it is as great as the excellent customer service I will be very happy. The team were very quick to respond and rectify the issue. Very impressed.

So, this is my second review of the SaunaBox Pulse Pro. It has been just over 90 days. The temperature has never gotten above 140 degrees (they claim it reaches 170 degrees). Now, while 140 degrees does the trick the company should not state a temperature that it never reaches. Secondly, to get to 140 I have had to let it sit for 50 minutes. As for customer service... To be honest, they are horrible. I went to use my sauna and received an E3 code.. This seems to be a common code. I wrote them asking for a trouble shoot. It started with "hey do us a favor, charge the remote for 4-6 hours and see if it works". Fair enough, I did that.. Still got the code.. Their response was "send us a picture of the cable and charging block you are using" I did that. Now their response is "Oh you should use a C to A USB cord and block" To be honest, at this point, they are giving me the run around. This has been a common theme across the internet with other people as well. At this point, Saunabox has horrible customer service and basically uses tactics to either avoid having to send replacement parts, issue or a refund, or just hope people will go away. I will be requesting a refund. I do not recommend this company.

I've been looking at Saunabox for a while but I'm the type to over analyze and do a to of research and comparisons. When I decided to get serious, I got a message from Nicole. She was polite and professional, answered my question and heard my concerns. She even actively compared the competition with me. Just when the time was right the sale ended. Nicole let me know she would keep in touch and reach out when it was on sale again. She did exactly that. So today with her help I placed my order! Thank you, Nicole. Can't wait for the red light panel to go on sale.

I just ordered the Saunabox Solara. I had several text messages with Nicole from customer service. She was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. She’s a fine example of what great customer service should be. I also want to let all my fellow first responders know that GovX offers a 10% discount on Saunabox. Just saved $300!

Was researching portable saunas for several weeks when Nicole from Saunabox began helping. Every time I had a question or concern for ANY product I was looking at, she gladly assisted me, and provided comprehensive researched responses very quickly. I ordered the Saunabox Pulse Pro today, and her assistance was the best first impression of the company I could have asked for. Really excited to get the Sauna up and running!
