The sauna does the job but for the price, I’ll never buy again. I’ve had the box for 5 months and there are multiple holes on the bottom, I’ve had to cover with duct tape. They have sent me a replacement but the product is 5 months old, it shouldn’t already be broken.. also, temperature… it does not get that hot, I’ve had it in the highest setting for 25-30 minutes since I got it and it could definetely be hotter.

Saunabox works great so far. First shipment was lost in the mail even though the plungebox was received in a reasonable amount of time. Saunabox did send a replacement Saunabox but it took a couple months and many emails back and forth to figure things out, I just wanted contact with an actual person but kept getting AI responses. Be aware that customs charge about $120 CAD for the saunabox when delivering to Canada...I had to pay this twice because of the first lost shipment.

I love it but after something broken I try to order to replace it ……… very bad service my order not even received the email from you guys then pass the whole month waiting. You guys cancelled my order Unacceptable service ever

I have the saunabox on a covered porch and it is unable to get hot enough when it is below 15 degrees. I wish it could get hotter. We like it but just a heads up you can't use it in northern climates when it's really cold.

3-Star Review for SaunaBox I really want to love the SaunaBox because when it works, it's a fantastic product. Unfortunately, I've had to replace the steamer twice with minimal use on both units. It's frustrating because the concept and design are great, but the steamer itself seems to lack durability. That said, their customer service is excellent—they replaced the steamer at no cost and were very responsive, which I appreciate. However, the product would greatly benefit from improvements to the steamer's quality. If this issue is resolved, it would easily be a 5-star product.

I love the sauna until the lid broke and now the moisture is escaping from the boiler. I have tried to reach out but have not heard anything.

I've had my Saunabox for nearly a month now. I use it almost daily and so far it seems to be living up to my expectations. Seems to be built well and I've been noticing the benefits of the heat therapy. The reason for my mediocre score is that I live in Canada and had to deal with some unexpected extra fees. It took around 3 weeks to arrive and I ended up paying over $220 for shipping, duties, and taxes. I live in a major city in Alberta. Had I known that I probably would have gone with a competitor.

Do you sell patch repair for the floor? Also, why has the floor mat shrunk? My unit has only been used 10 times in two months. Don't get me wrong, the Suanabox was what I could afford, but I feel like it is falling apart.
