Horrible customer service! If i could give zero star, i would! I bought couple of items online and immediately contacted them to cancel my order because the shipping address wasn’t correct!!! They sent an email claiming they have a limited window to cancel an order! I emailed them back I requested a cancellation immediately within seconds and At least change my shipping address And they just ignored my request I logged into my account and requested a calculation or change of shipping address Many times and they never cared to reply When i called multiple times they cut me off!!! They don’t even care if you write review on their horrible behavior As long as they get the order and they got your money!!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SALLY BEAUTY AGAIN THEY ONLY CARE FOR MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMER

I ordered on Apr 8th the product never came and they charged my credit card 2 separate times for the same order so I paid 2x for 1 order. I have tried to contact the company numerous times through email and phone and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLIES, HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Ordered April 14 and the order(s) arrived no problem -- before a tracking number was even generated. They only sent about half of what I ordered and took the rest off with NO EXPLANATION and most items are not out of stock online. I now cannot reorder those items without paying full shipping price because my order is not large enough. When I call customer service, it hangs up on me immediately. Anyone else having this issue? (Canada)

I placed an online order during Covid-19. It took 2 weeks to receive, which I can totally understand due to circumstances. However, a bottle of developer was missing from the shipment. I have tried calling customer service the past 2 days and have been on hold for up to an hr until I just gave up. This was my first time ordering from them online and it will be my last.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within 2 days. My only issue is that I was missing one packet of bleach powder. Based on the reviews, I will not be reaching out to customer service as they do not answer. Docked two stars for the missing item.

Wish I could leave a 0 star. I ordered 6 items on April 10 and haven’t received a tracking number. I understand the order could be delayed but holy let your customers know what’s going on. You have no hesitation in taking customers money.

Ordered 2 things during covid-19 on April 1st and have recieved a tracking tracking number but ups can not find the package and have not recieved anything else about it being shipped. They have not answered any of my emails and when I try to call customer service it hung up. They also charged my card twice. I’m not sure what to do at this point but this practically fraud and I want at least have part of my money back because this is NOT okay.

This company has the worst customer service. I placed an order over 10 days ago. My charge has appeared on my credit. There is no tracking. Every time I call their customer service line, it automatically hangs up. I have emailed them several times with no response. Since I have lost my faith in this company. I have now ordered new products from another vendor and will no longer use Sally Beauty Supply.
