Sally BeautyReviews of sallybeauty.com

I have contacted the sally store at 329 E Maple ave Vienna VA. the contact person name is Ramona. she was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. after she located the item I needed she put it on hold for me and nicely said "look forward to assist me with anything else I need". more to it she called and offered to deliver it to me after work. (I had told her I don't have a car). people like Ramona are presenting the highest quality of a company. Lavassi

Ordered online due to covid. Ordered 10 things, all paid for. A week-ish later i recieved 3 of the things i ordered. I emailed them, no response whatsoever. Then i noticed i have another charge to my credit card on top of the 100$ they already charged me on March 31st. They won't email back and its impossible to get through on the phone, they're just hanging up.

Fantastic online website and service, speedy delivery despite being in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you to all the Sally Warehouse Staff and the delivery people who continue to work in the present dangerous circumstances. I’ve not shopped with Sally before and I received 15% off as a new customer and free delivery...they are definitely deserving a five star rating from me!

Customer service not there in the shop. I tried to join to get the therapists discount and had my business cards and stuff with me about 7 years ago but nope not allowed as I didn't have more proof, even though I was in my business workwear, the assistant was rude with it so I avoided it like the plague. So after getting to know a lady in head office I needed couch roll desperately and decided to try again. I had all my proof, certs etc as they advised with me and went into my local branch (Bracknell). Unfortunately for me I got turned away again as they didn't have any cards that I could register with ( they give you your discount card that day in branch after registering, but had completely run out) and wouldn't give me the discount even though I had all my proof and was in my business t-shirt, had my business cards and could show them the website etc. I had to argue it out with them whilst standing in the shop and finally they called the nearest store with a manager on the premises who agreed to give me the discount for my couch roll and other bits. Unfortunately the couch roll was misaligned, (they are normally 2 ply with the perforations aligned and it was tearing on two different places in each sheet) not what you want when you are using it in front of clients. I have to say I was glad I had argued the price as it was not worth paying full price for. The misalignment happened with another very small supplier which is why I gave up using them and tried Sally's again. I have not been back to Sally's since the incident as I felt they might think I was trying to give them a couch roll I bought elsewhere and I couldn't be doing with another argument. I just want to shop in peace like I do in another hair and beauty supplier where I get a great greeting and fabulous service. I just don't get it why turn a local business away who could recommend you when other people ask where do you get couch roll or other bits.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here I was charged for an extra item,& since this corona I’m unable to get a refund! Idk what’s wrong with the cart but I check mine before purchasing and I’m being charged for more than I bought although I’m receiving the other product it’s not fair to me a loyal customer to be charged for more & this last time my card was charged on a second day for the extra product! I had already purchased and checked out then the next day my card was charged again! The 1st time I order a 1container of bleach,2 toners,& developer & I got 2 containers of bleach and charged for it! This time I ordered 2 toners,& 1 developer & I received 2 developers and charged for it! If I wanted 2 of these items I’d add them idk what is going on but it needs fixed! Also messenger has been turned off so I’m unable to respond back to the last message from Sally’s! This is very unprofessional.

Horrible service because of covid19 we have to order online, so i order some products i need it when i received the shipment 2 things where missing so i call and i let them know they told me they where going ti ship the items missing they only shipped one and i check my email and now its telling me that they didn't send the oder one Because i didn't pay for it and i did if I select everything in my cart and i put my card is because i payed for it. Its horrible the things you have to go through with this people horrible online service I suggest not to order anything from there if you wang something go buy it on the store.

Stockyards sally is horrible customer service... If you work there you should know what i need if you don't get out of the business.....worst experience ever.

I will preface this by saying I used to love going into their stores, but I think I'll have to find another option since their customer service is so bad now that we're forced to shop online. I ordered some products because the stores were closed temporarily for COVID-19. They sent me most of the products I ordered, but instead of sending me the $12 hair smoother I ordered, I was sent a partially used sampler bottle of shampoo which was totally gross! So, whatever! I figured I'd call customer service and they would fix it. But every option you select for help cuts off the call, so apparently all they can do at Sally is take your money! Pray that you get what you ordered if you do business with them now.
