Absolute horrible customer service. Called seven times and got disconnected. Called back chose reward points option held over 40 minutes. I didn't receive my order and got charged and cannot get anyone on phone. Called bank to file dispute. Will NEVER order from Sally's again.

I have ordered through Sally’s Canada website multiple times over the past month trying to get everything I need to go blonde. It’s been a hassle because I got the developer and then the lightener was out of stock after my order was placed. I ordered four different lighteners before one was finally in stock. Same thing now with a toner and i ordered a small bottle of 10 volume developer to go with it, which I ended up paying 20 dollars for because of shipping. They should really keep track of their backorders so that customers don’t have to place a million orders just wondering if they’ll have it in stock when it ships....

I ordered on Monday and after reading the reviews I was really worried about the delivery and items ordered. The order arrived today, all of the items were delivered correctly and five days from ordering to receiving the order is great service especially during a pandemic. I will order again in future for sure!

If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would as it’s the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in all my years of shopping online. Thirty days ago I placed and order online, and 30 days, four emails, 12 Facebook messages, multiple comments on Facebook thread, I’ve yet to hear anything. There’s no way to get my money back, or file any sort of complaint. I feel unheard, and I feel like they stole from me. I would rather go back to cheap box dye than ever shop at Sally’s again.

I've placed several orders over the past six weeks. Products take weeks to arrive. They send an email with tracking info but this is a joke- when you click on the tracking link there isn't info available. So, at some point, the box from Sally arrives- but I have yet to receive a complete order. So, you're going to send me nail dip powder and no base with which to apply it? And developer, but not the hair color I ordered?? Color additive, but not the toner I ordered mix with it??? No explanation, no offer to send the product when it comes back into stock, and when I go online, all the products they didn't send me are still online and listed as available. So now, they've sold me product that I have no way to use. I have no idea how to return anything- I shudder to think what that process might be like. Tried to contact them, there is no way to email anyone in "customer service" and the 1-866 number takes me through a menu- as soon as you get to "online orders" the line beeps and then the system hangs up on me. Ridiculous!!! This company clearly does not care about their customers. Epic Fail!!!

i just made two orders. the first one was $257.50 but charged my debit card $373.30. and my second order was only $189.88 as my debit card got charged $275.27. WHAT THE HELL. i’m going to be complaining because i checked carefully, and nowhere told me i will be charged and extra hundred dollars on each of my orders. and if i don’t get my $203.19 back i’m not going to be happy

I have ordered from them 3 seperate times within two months. All three orders were canceled due to mess ups on their part. My first order - i ordered 12 things. 4 things showed up and after waiting a month I emailed them to see where the rest of it was and they had canceled it due to all items being out of stock? without letting me know? Second order - I signed into my account as i always do to try again (Canadian). Once I checked out it said my order was $60, but then 20 minutes later my credit card company emailed me saying my card was charged $90? I had to call them next day and see why they did that and they said they had charged me American, so that was canceled. SO the THIRD time - I made a $75 order and just got an email saying my card was charged $34 and that my package was shipped. I went to the email and out of the 6 things i ordered, only my $10 brush set was sent and they charged me $16 for shipping plus tax without giving me the option to back out of the order (as $16 for the shipping was only acceptable when i was getting my entire order. When I called them they didnt even care and said nothing they could do. Not to mention this is how i found out they had canceled the rest of the order without even telling me again. Greedy, unorganized company and will never support them again. So unfortunate.

They shouldn't be taking new orders. Total joke. Ordered pair of hair clippers on site. No mention of delays at all. Then after placed order now could be 7 or more days. It will longer for sure. Tried cancelling order on their site. Called but got hung up on 3 times in a row. Finally got through after waiting a hour. Tried cancelling she said couldn't because was already being processed. Got an email next day saying will be 5-7 days till order processed. Fraud on their part. Of course my credit card has already been charged.
