I ordered 7 items on line on May 24 2020. I received 2 of the 7 items. When I try and go on line or call to find out about my other items I paid for but have NOT received I get nothing. I’ve sent 4 E-mails and all I’ve gotten in return was a thank you for contacting sally beauty our representatives will review your message. 2 weeks later and no return e-mail or phone call. Will NEVER shop fro sally beauty ever again ! On line or in store. Worst costumer service EVER

As I shopped in Sallys today located at 2007 S. 129 E. Avenue Tulsa, OK 74108, I overheard what appeared to be a customer in the store asking if the location was closing. I don’t know if there is any truth to what I overheard, but if that is the case I will no longer support Sally’s Beauty Supply. The only thing that kept me coming to this location is the excellent team that works in there . I can’t say enough about the Manager Tanisha and her staff Paris, Veronica, Cecelia, and Allison. They are the faces of Sally’s. I’ve never seen such a dedicated group of individuals that are willing to go out of their way to ensure the customers needs are being met. I’m sure there will be no response to this post. But I will say that my loyalty has always been with Sally’s Beauty and if this location does indeed close I will no longer support this establishment. Your CEO Chris Brikman clearly sent out an email today stating that he stands for the BLACK community but wants to close down Sally’s located at the address above. So tell me how is that catering to the community?

Multiple bad experiences with my ONE online order. Sally's cancelled items without informing me & when I inquired about my 5 missing items from my 5/26/2020 order, I was told the items were out of stock even though their website didn't state that at the time of purchase. I was advised that this is bc their website is not up to date. I was charged $6 for 3-5 business day shipping & did not receive any of the 3 items they actually shipped to me (out of 8) within that time frame after receiving my tracking number. I spent 2 days trying multiple times to call Sally's bc I kept getting a Verizon message that their lines were busy. Once I was finally connected, I waited on hold for 60 minutes before an advisor (Monica) came on the line. Monica was scripted & it was obvious she was trained to get ppl off the phone asap. I was refused a refund stating they did not have control over when items shipped bc they were in Texas & items were shipped from warehouses across the U.S. I did not accept this illogical reasoning & requested to submit a formal complaint. Monica said she would have a supervisor call me back, but could not give me any sort of confirmation that this would happen. Things escalated & Monica hung up on me & did not call back even though she captured my call back number at the beginning of the call.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They steal your money by shipping only half of your order, and then they don’t reply to you. I have sent them at least 5 e-mails and tried to get ahold of someone from customer service for 5 days. NEVER AGAIN.

they promise 3-5 days shipping = two weeks later and still no order. orders come in several deliveries - giant waste of time and energy. no chat cs. really a bad experience. never again.

LITERALLY NEVER SENT THE ITEMS I ORDERED, DIDNT SENT ANY EMAIL UPDATE AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REPLY.

I loved sally Beauty until now!!!! Normally they have great product and sally Beauty is the place I shop. But I am here like everyone else ordering online because of COVID and I am truly disappointed in my favorite store. I ordered 21 items in the beginning of May and now it’s been over a month and I’m still missing 11 items. I have tried to call a dozen times only for my call to keep getting dropped. I am STILL trying to call and can’t get through. I left many emails and never got a response. I try to look at my tracking numbers and it says they are delivered but it won’t let me see what items are delivered. I am extremely disappointed in my all time favorite store and ordering online has made me release how much they ACTUALLY care about their customers. They do not value their customers, they are only in it for the money. I am pissed that I now have to find somewhere else to get my things where I’m valued as a customer.

I ordered 8 toners. Only received 4. But i was charged for the full 8 ( i have proof to prove it) and they only provided me with one tracking number and it says it was all shipped and delivered. They have not returned any of my emails. So im pretty mad i just spent 60$ And not received everything i paid for. They also canceled one of my other orders but took the money out of my account for it. Beware if you buy online your probably not going to get everything you pay for. Honestly cant they be sued for nonfulfilling orders that have been paid in its entirely. I see everyone has been having the same problem as me.
