First and last time ordering online from them. Delayed my order a day, then when my order arrived it was a single item. No information on if and when I will receive the rest of my order. Their customer care line either disconnects you or they never pick up and just leave you on hold.

Never recieved 2 items that are showing shipped. Custimer service number puts me on hold for hours with no answere or just hangs up. Zero response from emails. Ill NEVER order again. Its a joke!

Won't do business with them again. I've received two partial shipments with still no indication of status on the remaining item. Sent an inquiry using their web site to request an update, and received only a "thank you" robo-response. I waited a week and then called customer service for assistance. I waited 33 minutes on hold, hearing that my call would be answered "momentarily", before I finally hung up out of frustration. No option for a call-back, no option to leave a message. Trying one more time with a web inquiry and then will cut my losses.

On April 21, I ordered 3 1/2 gallons of barbicide along with a BIG purchase order that I made with Sally’s online, they only sent 2 bottles and put on the receipt that I need one more, today is May 29th and I have been asking them to either send my product or return my $20 on my card and they haven’t did either one so now I feel like they have stolen $20 from me, I’m very disappointed with Sally’s because I am a licensed cosmetologist and I shop with them all the time!!! Either send my product or put my $20 back on my card!!!

The crap I have had to deal with sally beauty online is freaking ridiculous. I ordered gel nail polish from them I only got half of my order and when I called I was on hold for over an hour and then they cut me off. Tried to call back and they said no one is answering. I have emailed them multiple times and havent received anything. Never shopping here again.

I wanted to give a shout out to Lyda in the Cottonwood store in Arizona, USA. I went in completely lost on how to get my hair from box ruddy brown\ red to vibrant blue, and she found the best products to get me there. She even gave me a step-by- step guide on how to bleach my frazzled hair without damaging it! 10/10 planning on going back there for more colors!
