BEWARE. I bought some Keracare Essential oils. I now believe they were fake. One bottle had leaked and none of the bottles had a protective seal. I did not think at the time; when I did think about I immediately stopped using it and asked for a refund. They told me I had gone past the refund window so I could not have a refund. THEY DID NOT ADDRESS MY BELIEF THAT THE ITEMS WERE FAKE.

It's a hit or miss. Very woke and confused employee's with bad attitudes, not all but huge majority. Went to the store in Vancouver and they won't give good customer service to anyone who looks white. Again, WOKE! If you go woke, you go broke. I'll order elsewhere.

I made an online purchase due to in-store limited quantity for our family hair care items. My order was with free shipping. I had face makeup due to the heat everywhere arrive melted. It was sweet to retry, both times it came mushy. They gave no issues to offer a refund. I, also ordered hair care items which needed 1 replaced due to leakage. With the climate changes it is with intense pressure when items are placed in a container w/o coolants it is expected to expand with heat, etc. I received my replacement product and a small refund. I am very satisfied. Sally's is 5☆'s, a bag of chips and hot sauce! Always great customer service in-store and online! You've got a great place to shop, stick with it! Noonéname's Mama, ROMANS 10:9

SALLY BEAUTY are scammers. Two days ago, I made an online purchase to be shipped to me in 2 hours and after calling customer service to find out what time my order would get here, I was told that they were having system issues and couldn't ship my order and never called to say anything. So, after I requested a cancellation and checked my bank account I noticed that they only refunded me for the items and not the shipping fee, which was a total of $3.20. So, I had to call back and tell them to get it right. Such thieves. This was my first and last time buying from this company. #NOFRAUDS

Firstly, I've been a loyal shopper at Sally Warrington for over 32 years. That means nothing these days. Bought a pair of Jaguar scissors last August. I didn't really need them at the time. I was coerced into buying them from the assistant as there was a deal on them if I bought other products. I didn't even need the other products. I knew I'd use the scissors eventually. That day was yesterday. I tried them for the first time, brand new. They're blunt. Nearly £100 for a pair of scissors, same as I usually buy and they're not fit for purpose. Faulty. Phoned the store, they're not remotely interested. Phoned head office, and they've just contacted me. They're not interested. It's up to me when I buy them to prove they're faulty they said. So, I have to cut someone's hair instore to prove they're blunt? Ridiculous. This company do not care about the Sale of goods act. Selling faulty products instore, taking your hard earned money and giving no back up whatsoever. Now, I have to pay more money out to get them fixed. I'll shop at Alan Howard's from now on, they've lost me a customer. Not that people care about that anymore. They're a joke. It's shame I can't leave zero stars for this firm. I begrudge leaving any stars, but if someone reads this review and learns from it then I'll have to happy with that

Sally's employee's not familiar with their products have a Wahl clipper wanted to buy clipper guides which selection in store not good all they had was Andis brand asked employee if it was compatible with Wahl she said YES didn't fit spent $20 plus tax and policies not returnable product wasn't told until i tried to return employee said look back of receipt should told me at purchase time

I applied on Indeed, and the salary posted $12.61 full-time, was hired and NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS A PART-TIME POSITION, PAID $10.00 AN HR, AND THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO KEY HOLDER DUTIES, I refused and I was let go because I told them I was hired full time, not as a Key- Holder. When you advertise one thing, that should be it, don't change the rules once you have someone in there. If you work as a Key Holder, you should get paid for it. And if you're hired as Full-time, you shouldn't be working 25 hours or less...
