Derek was a professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful salesman. Technician was the same and both were very personable and easy to get along with. The system upgrades were completed that same day! I am going to continue working with them to on other projects I am currently needed done. Seriously though, I normally cannot stand sales people and their pushy attitudes, not at all an issue in this case. I can't wait to see how these next projects work out.

Great sales advice without pressure with many option combinations provided, made the contract very clear for me, provided accurate pricing and the installers were the nicest guys you could ever meet, very professional and friendly, explaining the equipment usage and protocols thoroughly and made everything simple. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy, great job team!

Mike is a GREAT sales rep! He had me sold rather quickly. Got a great deal on my system and we LOVE it!! I was amazed how fast installation went as well. That Alex REALLY knows his stuff! They had us up & going in no time! 👏🏻👏🏻 I highly recommend them and this system!

We had ADT and were not happy with the price and quality of the single camera we had. Mike from Safehome Direct was in our neighborhood and figured out what we needed. There was alot going on the first night during installation, so we missed a few things. The next day I was searching through reviews and got nervous because all the reviews for other companies were scary. It turned out we just didn't have the app downloaded after all of the installation. I had Mike's number and he was extremely quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He came right over and addressed everything. We made sure everything was straightened out and I have peace of mind that if we had any issues, I'd be able to contact the company or even his direct number. If you are worried about this company, I hope this helps ease your concerns! I would recommend Safehome Direct ESPECIALLY if you currently have ADT. Most likely, your existing sensors will pair flawlessly. Also, you won't have to worry about the price going up for no reason. ADT had started increasing without notice.
