We weren't planning on a security system today. However, Joe and installers were top shelf! Fully aware of neighborhood demographics and I'm ok with that. Last night after everything was done we turned off double light in front of garage and lights in front of house. Didn't need them. Knowing they are redundant. We are thrilled to have security supported by police and fire. If I get a sense we need lights back on we'll flip switch. For now this WORKS!

The reps did an excellent job of orienting me to the alarm system and the exterior cameras, includg having me demonstrate the steps. He also loaded the programs onto my smart phone. Both men were efficient, courteous and thorough.

Storm
Service was fast and accurate but did not have sensors to put on garage doors to tell when they are open and the remote keypad by garage entry does not work. They told me I did not need it when I have app on my phone and key phob. Other than that the system seems to work okay. They did tell me they would bring sensors for garage doors in a couple of days.
