i was very impressed with the the entire procedure. both men were courteous and respectful. the instillation was fast and accurate. i have only one little complaint. paul the salesman has yet to leave me a pamphlet with his contact data. otherwise all was great.

Joe was very informative and answered all our questions and helped us to understand all the workings and what to expect. Quincy was here right when Joe said he would be. He went right to work and had our pad installed and also helped to get our phones hooked up with the alarm system so now we'll be notified anytime the alarm sounds. we also had our rental home equipped with Safe Home Alarms.

I'm happy with the product and service now, though I'm new to this company. Hopefully it will be a winner and great decision. It only seems odd that the Honeywell Rep. had a non Honeywell product installed. A nice guy though, and the Technician installer was awesome. Appears to be a good value. 👍

The experience was very positive. Aaron did a great job explaining all the details. He was very personable and friendly. Delroy did a fabulous job installing our system, checking it out and changing the batteries. We are very pleased with the service so far. We hope it continues. Thank you.

I have contacted Torrin and Cavin several times. they didn't seem to care. Scott from the tech has called me to resolve my problem. I told him I would go to ATT which i did do but before I got home the alarm went off because my lawn man was mowing. your computer called me and I gave them my pass word but they didn't understand what in said. the police came so when i went to try and set up the camera I had forgot, I will call Scott again today and set up an appointment for a tech to come out next week.
